• 8500 A909 do not install more, lost the ability to scan pdf

  printer will print but not scan, tried to reboot with the disk won't install not full, fatal. He gave me a MSI. BARRELS PER DAY. Scan.ent error and I ran across this charging procedure, did not work, install especially fatal to end of software configuration.

  I've been reading around and went through various procedures i.e. re-record msiexec, you reload regsvr32 ATL.dll, I made scrubber lvl 4, I rebooted with the latest version of the software, I did the procedure to turn off my MSoft startup, programs, etc., I uninstalled with disk, then all the HP uninstaller of windows, then washer twice and complete still wont install. prints well but does not complete the installation so I can use the solution center to configure my scanner to PDF. Oh, and it worked for about a year. then bam. Phew! ideas?

  OK, it is possible that there is something in the operating system that might contribute to the installation to fail or there is a problem of real hardware with the printer. At this point, my suggestion would be to use the same USB cable and try to install the printer on another computer to see if you encounter the same problems. Once, we can isolate the hardware or the operating system, it will be easier to figure out our next steps. Let me know what you find?

  Reader update yesterday (April 13, 2016) and the ability to create a PDF file from a scan has disappeared.

  I use this function several times a day all the time.

  I checked every item of menu possible, the tool and the preference, and there isn't.

  Would like to inform that this feature is not available in Acrobat Pro (paid Version) in Acrobat Reader (free Version)

  Please make sure that you use Acrobat pro so that you can access this option, as the reader is only for the display of PDF

  I uninstalled Adobe Professional by using the uninstall program (then emptied the trash and restart), then reinstalled Adobe Professional from disk (and restarted).  After the reinstallation, I always get the same problems, even if I get no error message until Adobe Professional updates from 9.0 to 9.2.  Before the upgrade Adobe, v9.0 attempts to print to pdf just act as the pdf is created (no error message), but I do not get a backup fast, nor is a new pdf no matter where the document is located.

  This not a question of his being in Russian or any other foreign
  language. It is simply that the notebook doesn't have the ability to open pdf files,
  and the result is that the bits and bytes that a pdf is appropriate
  reader knows how to display are mistreated by Notepad as text
  characters (i.e. all the notebook knows how to handle).

  So don't try to open a PDF with Notepad. Just like with any other
  file type, you must have an appropriate program installed to
