  You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.

  What file did you remove... It is not possible to remove windows work... If its in your basket you can delete it, maybe it's just a folder named windows. Even if you partially remove windows file, that your pc does not start! (It will start giving you errors). You can safely remove your trash.

  This is normal in Windows 8, and this feature is called App Switching. So no need to worry at all. Add to that, you can do multitasking with this app switch to switch between applications.
