    AFAIK that should be given the right address if you save your standard warranty. I guess that you will receive an email from Toshiba with good security agreement number. It takes a few times. But if you want, you can ask Toshiba authorized service provider for this number.

    To my knowledge, you can save your laptop on the European site of Toshiba for services and extensions of warranty and uprisings.
    The serial number of the laptop must be registered generally on this site.

    Hello. After seeing EVERYTHING at my disposal, HP is one. This is where the problem begins. I know which one I choose is custom. But do the desktop PC HP ENVY Phoenix h9 - 1400t or the desktop HP ENVY h8 - 1520t?     I have a budget that my wife won't let me go. So to get a PC will not be 100% to my tastes. In order to get 100%, I'll have to get a LIGHTSCRIBE DRIVE and a 120 GB SSD to add to the computer. Get the SSD installed at HP puts me on the budget and I'm not the extra burner. If I add these two things to the PC myself it the WARRANTY?

    We will also add 2 more to the House. Laptop, Ultrabook or tablet. I don't know who. All will need a recovery/boot. Optical drive may not be on all. What should I use Dedicated USB Flash key for each or external hard drive (all three spend on one) or should I arrange to put everything on DVD.

    To my knowledge, lighscribe is outdated technology. There are not many manufacturers optical drive with lightscribe now.

    Addition of 128GB SSD does not void warranty.

    Is recommended to have a separate 16 GB / 32 GB flash drives according to the recommendation of the system to keep the recovery image.

    I would recommend Flash as the disks.

    I bought this laptop in August 2012 (I still have the receipt of buydig.com in my email), and today the power cord has suddenly stopped working. I had this problem with other laptops HP of the mine, but they all use another cord as this computer with the problem. Also, I left the computer with a full load and now there not, even without the power cord. So I don't know if the problem is the battery or the charging cable.

    Any way I can test it to see if its the battery or the power cord (or both for some reason any?) Any help would be appreciated.

    I intended to have bought an extended warranty for a period of three years. The seller told me that I can activate my warranty 'gift' and later buy another warranty extendable to a total of 4 years international coverage.

    I signed the guarantee and it appears on the portal of warranty toshiba.
    However, when I returned to the store to buy a new extended warranty told me that you cannot register more than one warranty.
    I found it strange and therefore did not buy the extended warranty still additional. I need to know if it's actually true, or I'll always be able to buy an extended warranty again. Seems that I meet a brick wall, when I ask the salemen... .thought I would try the forum instead.

    AFAIK all Toshiba laptops are covered under warranty for one year (12 months).
    If you would register your laptop on the Europe of Toshiba page you would get more than one year warranty; total 2 years warranty.

    The additional year of warranty is not a gift from the shop. You will get this additional year warranty always if you would register the laptop. It has nothing to do with the place where you purchase this laptop.

    So now, a few words about your warranty extensions.
    First, you will need to register your laptop on the Europe of Toshiba page.
    This registration will allow the second extra year of warranty. (as mentioned above)
    Now if you want you can buy even more extended.
