I get no sound now and I get frusterated altogether if anyone knows how to solve this problem a response would be appreciated.

Hello

Try to use Recovery Manager to reinstall your driver IDT HD Audio - the procedure to use the Recovery Manager to reinstall the drivers and software is detailed in the document in question on the link below.

Recovery Manager - Windows 8.

Recovery Manager - Windows 7

Recovery Manager - Windows Vista

After reinstalling, restart the computer.

I acidentally deleted SoundMax my computer turned off, then reinstalled and still my sound does not work. I made each update and suggestions that I saw online and nothing works! Help?

If you can not solve the problem, then you could try System Restore. To access, simply click on the Start button in the left corner. Then select all programs. After that, go to acsessories. Then, you click on system tools. After that, simply choose System Restore. You can then select the date to which you want to restore the machine. I he would restore the date before you start to have problems. Be aware that you may need to reinstall some things on rare occasions, but it's never happened to me and I did system restore several times.

Go to the official website of the manufacturer (example: toshiba.com) and go to the support section and pilots. Physically look at your computer or laptop for the model (example: Toshiba Satellite A300-ST4505). Search for it on the site, download and install the audio driver for Windows XP.

    Hi Saikkussu,

Usually, if uninstall you it, by doing a reboot it will end up.

You can also visit the manufacturer's website and try to download the drivers for your card.

Also check in windows update for hardware updates.

  • I accidentally deleted my sound program, how can I get it back

I was going to delete a program in the control panel that I didn't need, but accidentally deleted that bad now, I have no sound system or headphones

    Either:

    * install the audio drivers CD/DVD media supplied with your machine (or support for that partition)

    or (and this is better):

    * Go to the manufacturer's Web site, find the support page for your unit and download the latest audio drivers from there and then install them.

    See you soon,.

  • accidentally deleted his readers on WindowXP and have no disk

I got an error message that says that I should delete some hings t on my computer.  I did, but in doing so, I accidentally deleted the readers.  So my SoundMax does not.

I tried to download free downloads on their site and that has not worked.

I don't have a Windows XP disc to fix the problem.  My Dell PC came with a few records, but none of them solved the problem.

My computer is 6 years old.  I would like to upgrade to a new model, but which is simply not an option right now.

I tried to take it to the beginning Original date and that no longer works.  I really want the sound back on my computer.

    Thank you

You must go to the Dell website, specific to your tag # and install the audio drivers and possibly chipset drivers, although if you got your PC to factory specifications and which does not solve the problem, it may be more than simply lack drivers
