·         Who is the provider of your e-mail (Hotmail, yahoo etc.) account?

·         Since when are you facing this problem?

·         Have you noticed anything unusual that might suggest that someone else is using your account?

If so, change your password on the settings page account. I suggest you to contact your email provider for assistance.
