  • My account is spam and I can't stop it!

For nearly two months now my account has sent hundreds of emails from spam to known contacts and also unknown email addresses.

I contacted my domain name provider (nominalia.es) and they advised me to do a few things:

1 change my password by e-mail, as well as the outgoing smtp password (done.  Twice.)

    2. install an antivirus.  (I have Avast Mac Security.  No viruses or other problems found),

    3. remove my email address of my site.  (Fact).

Despite having followed all the advice, the problem continues as before.

It's so boring that I am a user in a company and I'm spamming all my clients and friends and family.  I need to make that judgment.   I thought to give up my domain name and walk away with a new, but as an established business for a long time, that I really want to change my address web and e-mail, unless absolutely necessary.

    Any help would be appreciated.

(I wanted to put that in a community of mail, but fails.  Please move my message if there is a better place for this).

First of all, I would like to better understand the situation.

Are the emails sent in bulk, or are they sent periodically to the various emails at different times?

If you have a different e-mail Client, I would say you switch to that and see if the problem persists.

  • Problems with hotmail account and spam messages

woman ask me if I sent the e-mail here say no and she said yes u has sent chk mail so I chk I see 40 more emails sent to friends of game and other envoys I never email only im these people so amended past made sure that the antivirus and firewall are on which windows firewall and firewall of the ISP to have been report this and what they're doing or better how I found EM don't hang by the fingers so no type can I have 8 years using a pc do not need to open some * * cause that will be * me off so should I before all emails to microsoft support and let them see them lol serious need help to find was these come from

Chances are very good that you will never know who hacked your email. I'll tell you this, however. I answer questions of computer in order to help people with their computer problems on many different forums. I can't tell you how many times I've seen issues where someone hotmail has been hacked. I rarely see this problem with Yahoo Mail. Gmail (from Google), or any other e-mail service. My line of thought is the question, or I should say the cause, is linked to all calls to scam people get the India with the con man, who claims to be with Microsoft. In many cases, these crooks know the serial number of the computer to individuals. Received calls more often follow a software crash in which the 'Send' error report 'do not send' appears on the display of people. That, in itself and tells me that it is an inside job. It is more convincing when you consider that Microsoft has moved almost all of their centers of support for the India. Someone somewhere (MS India) is selling this information.

Scan your computer with Malwarebytes. Make sure that update you it before analysis. This is to ensure that no keyloggers on your computer, steal your passwords and/or credit card information. If you need help to use Malwarebytes click HERE.

After completing the above steps, contact MS and tell them to move their call centers in the United States. These incidents constantly, but will be will be diminished.

  • Spam sent from my account, it continues to be, I want to close it

my account is spam again to my contacts list.  I deleted all the emails, I changed my password, I have good firewall etc, but it continues to be.  I think I should just close the account.  How can I delete my account.

    Hello

You probably don't need to close the account, and you do not
specify which email provider that you use.

Are you sure of that emails have been sent to your account?
Will there be copies in the sent folder? Do you have courses anti -
    protection against viruses in place?

  • I receive several emails every day with zip files attached how can I set message rules to implement spam?

I tried establish rules of message in Mail, to direct the spam a junk e-mail folder.

I used "content of the message contains attachments .zip ' but it does not work. Do I need something like (* .zip) to identify all zip files?

I get about 10 emails like this every day.

I have O2 and hotmail email accounts and spam comes from all accounts.

    Thank you

  • An account does not show the "sent" folder.

I have Thunderbird configured 31.1.2 to three accounts pop. Everything works fine, but not all records are appearing under two of the three accounts, either in the view/files/All or view/folders/Unified. The account in the foreground has Inbox, drafts, sent, junk, and Trash folders, the following down Inbox, Sent, junk, trash, and substantive account Inbox, spam, Trash.

It is a new installation of Thunderbird that I am running in parallel with the email client I want to replace. But all accounts in Thunderbird have been tested for all functions and seem to work, it's just missing files that have me confused. On the 'background' mail account (Inbox, Junk, trash folders only), sent instead appears in the bucket of premises/sent folders. What I am on here. Thank you!

  • spam calls

    Hello

I recently received calls from accounts to spam randomly several times a day. I have all my settings set to 'contacts' and always have. I constantly re-checked my privacy settings to make sure that nothing has changed and I checked my contacts lists to make sure that I haven't added accidentally someone (I have not). Block users immediately, but someone has advice on how to avoid spam calls from happening in the first place?

    Hello

If they are of the form 'NEW VIDEO MESSAGE RECEIVED' and a link to play it then , unfortunately, it's a well known problem.

Other users have reported that they always receive calls despite their privacy settings is set to allow them only to contacts. This has been noted by Claudius, our Community Manager.

Unfortunately, it seems at this stage, there is a kind of Skype, which allows these default calls. I hope that this will be corrected quickly. I realize that this answer is not too useful. If nothing else, it brings to the attention that this issue is not resolved.

I updated my iPhone 5 c for iPhone 6 the other day and put in place with my 2 email accounts (for spam, 1 for 1 working station, both are hotmail addresses). On the 5 c I was receiving push notifications for my workstation. On the iPhone 6 there is no push, only Fetch and manual option. Both perform the same IOS then why is there no push option and how do I get my work emails pushed?

Go to Settings/Mail, Contacts, calendars and tap fetch new data. Tap the account of work and you should see 3 options; Push, Fetch and manual. If you do not see push you haven't configured it in an Exchange account.

  • reallifecam pop up

I have a Mac laptop computer: my computer has Sophos Anti-virus (9.4.0) and Safari is my internet browser (6.1.6). I think I use OS X Mountain Lion; I may have improved at El Capitan and forgotten.

While browsing on Safari, I noticed reallifecam history items (a voyeur or po site'rn), even if I had not visited. I removed them from my story. When I closed the Safari window, there was another window with reallifecam on this issue. He must have opened under the window that I used. Among the pages Web that I've been on must have been hacked or dangerous.

Then, I closed the window and quit Safari. After that, I looked to see if my computer was hit.

    • I scanned my computer with Sophos a bunch of times and it came with "no threats found.
    • There seems to be nothing new in my download folder.
    • I looked in Applications > utilities. The most recent element it is Adobe Flash Player install Manager. I know there are some fraudulent programs, given the name of Adobe. I was suspicious that the icon is a red box with the Adobe logo f instead of a red box-shaped bright with the Adobe logo f-shaped dark. The Flash Player icon in system preferences is a square with the Adobe logo in the shape of f, and it's the same dark shade of red. I looked at one of the debates on the Apple Support, and apparently, it's okay. Get Info says as follows - this seems all right and in order?

    • I watched on Apple.com and found this page - stop advertising windows pop-up and adware in Safari - Apple Support - I followed the instructions and found nothing. I also found this page - viruses, Trojans, Malware - and other aspects of Internet Security.
    • I checked for software updates, but it doesn't seem to be one off topic now.
    • I turned on my firewall in system preferences > Security Privacy & for potential future incidents and guest user is disabled in system preferences > users and groups, just in case where.

Since the first incident, I had no bother with pop ups, reallifecam or otherwise, I saw no ads for reallifecam, and my computer seems to operate normally.

I had some good problems. This only started happening after the pop-up - they may be a coincidence, but I don't want anything outside rule then think are worth noting:

    • In my email account, the spam folder received two emails with .nl (Netherlands) and .sk (Slovakia) extensions, although I had no knowledge with the country or any of there anyone. The enamel of .nl apparently was a scam of Unilet malware, which I deleted before I could open, and enamel .sk seems to happen to my sister. I deleted that too and I have taken note of the email address it came from. My sister said his email must have been hacked, and that all she had to do every time that his e-mail has been hacked before a change his password.
    • I also had a text scam on my Nokia phone (not a smartphone) from an unknown telling me to update my Apple ID, even if I didn't have an Apple ID at the time. I opened it is true, because when my phone said that I received a message that doesn't tell me who they are from until I have press open. I removed it and I had no other text like that since. I transfer my SIM card to another phone Nokia (also not a smartphone), so I don't know if it did something or if it was just a text.

What worries me is that there was only a pop up window that I saw, but there were at least six or seven items on my story reallifecam. This means that the site must have been transition between its own Web pages or the opening of new tabs without my make. Thank you triple sure that my computer and my information online have not been compromised. Please, does anyone have advice?

Safari/Preferences/Advanced - activate the menu to develop it, then go ahead and empty Caches. Quit/relaunch Safari and test. Then try Safari/history/Show History and remove all items from the history.  Quit/relaunch Safari and test. You can also try try Safari Safari/Reset. The downside is that it deletes all cookies. It could upset some sites no longer recognizes your computer as one that has visited the web site. Go to Finder and select your user folder. This should make your visible user library folder in your user folder.  Select Library./Caches/com.apple.Safari/Caches.db, and then move it to the trash.

Go to Safari preferences/Extensions and disable all extensions. Test. If correct, enable the extensions one by one until find you which extension is causing the problem.
