  Download the Acer.AV041.A510.RV28RC08.AAP.AU. This will download a zip file. In the zip file will be 2 files one will be instructions on how to upgrade.

  Once you have upgraded to the last frame of the ICS and the Tablet has restarted after a little while you will receive a message in the lower left area of notification that a uprade system is available. This upgrade is Jelly Bean.

  Hi Roberto, hmm, the double screen Iconia is not part of the official Win 8 upgrade program. Thus there is no official support. That said, I can say I've seen a preview version to win 8 running on an Iconia without problems.
