  When I got to the store, it was windows 7. He was demoted as a demo I guess.

  However, I could sort of solve the problem simply opting for Windows 10 directly

  Downloaded the iso of Windows 10, transferred the image to a USB drive, installed Windows 10 and Windows 10 pulled the key of Windows 8 from the Bios and activated. Na don't need Windows 7 pro key that was on it.

  With the version of Windows 10 1511, the improvement of the Activation process, so that it can accept win7, Win8 and Win8.1 keys. This means that I didn't 'upgrade' installation of windows 7, I had on this subject, since I could clean up the image with Windows 10 and use the previous key.

• Acer One 10 S1002 load questions

  My tablet will not fully charge. It will not turn on. After about an hour or two to leave it on the charger, the LED will Flash between red and blue. I tried the long hold button power, increase the volume and power button hold etc.

  For anyone else having this problem, I left him in charge for several days without success. Acer technical support wants to pay me $109 plus taxes and shipping to send in for repair. I paid $199.99 for it during tax free weekend. So I gave up trying to fix it this way.

  Because I had nothing left to risk, I used the AC charger and my phone on micro USB charger at the same time this morning. And after a while, the light began flashing error. I tried to put it on and of course its on! Apparently the charger may not give it enough juice to charge once the battery is low. I know I've seen people with the same issue, then try this! I do not work for ACER, so you try it at your own risk.

  I use my phone to take a picture, then blow up the images to read the tiny letters usually.

  I guess you have already forced the tablet to forget the network, rebooted and then retried connecting? It is sometimes difficult to get them to really forget a wrong entered password.

  That last one should have worked because it was the m4-1000 series that has support for W7 and has the same hardware as yours.

  I have a HP ENVY Sleekbook 6-1126sa.  I need to have Windows 7 (not Windows 8). I installed Windows 7 (no UEFI). It's pretty simple. Now I find there is no Windows 7 drivers on the HP support site. HP support site advises to use Windows updates to update drivers or visit the manufacturer's Web site. Problem is I need an Internet connection to run Windows Update but cannot find the Ralink Wireless drivers. Looking for Ralink manufacturers website I find http://www.ralinktech.com/en/ (which States that the Ralink site merged with the Web of MediaTek site and one for pilots redirects to http://www.mediatek.com/_en/07_downloads/01_windows.php). Maybe somebody has an idea which driver I'm supposed to use? Updates of Windows actually work?

  Does anyone know if HP intend to provide Windows 7 for HP ENVY Sleekbook 6-1126sa laptop drivers (and indeed any other portable newly acquired)?

  In addition to these drivers, you will need to install the drivers for the AMD chipset from the link below for the smbus and usb3 controllers.  You want the 1st listed file.  Install and reboot the PC.

  Audio... get them directly from realtek so that of the 450 G2 did not work.  Accept the agreement. DL and install the driver first on the list.

  Graphics... Use the one directly from intel.  Install this first and reboot the computer before installing the graphics driver nvidia I posted.  The first file listed is the automatic installation file.

  To repeat... HP does not support your laptop for 32-bit operating systems.  If the graphics driver generic nvidia does not work, then you will need to install an operating system (W8.1 x 64 - perhaps W7 x 64).
