  Dear people,

  I'm trying to measure the speed of a wheel using a magnetic sensor and other settings in the vehicle. What I also need to document in my project is the time elapsed (in seconds) each time that you run the program. Is there a way where you can measure the elapsed time in seconds in labview?

  Any sort of suggestions or examples would be useful.

  as far as I know I have the latest Fire Fox, You tube Adobe Flash. You Tube turns and stops, then I get Fire fox is already running and have to restart the computer to work again. • Screen is colored for about 3-4 seconds when I run vista and then past black and white after UPDATE 2/10

  I had automatic updates and at 03:00 it will download new updates whenever they come. I guess that 2/10 have been installed the updates that came out and when it automatically restarted my computer, everything was normal on the login screen, but once Windows started, 3-4 seconds and it went black and white. It is not my monitor or my video card, I tried 3 OTHER monitors on this and I own two myself. I need to restore both before the update was installed for my screen to return to the color... Anyone else having the same problem or knows what is happening or how to fix? Would appreciate the help. Thank you!

  There are a few things to try, that might turn back to normal settings.

  In display settings, try to change the option of colors up to medium (16 bit) and see if that makes a difference. Change to when. You can also change the resolution settngs. Sometimes just by changing the settings can fix the little quirks.

  Have you tried to update video card driver? If this isn't the case, that give a try. You can use the automatic update via the Device Manager, or just go on display card manufacturer's website and download the latest version of the driver.

  As far as I know AutoCAD 2009 works fine, but the old version have some problems.  The best way to know is to run the Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor .  It will tell you if you run programs are compatible or not.

  You may be able to get them running in compatibility mode(try installation and running in to tell XP compat mode) but like you have W7 Pro, most probably in XP mode.

  I would like to know the way to HP for the addition of a second settlement 8600 E911g to my computer. Currently I have a my home office and I plan to buy a second identical model for my office work.

  The best way would be to:
  1. click on Start Menu
  2. Select all programs
  3. choose the HP folder
  4. choose 8600
  5. ADD THE DEVICE

  I noticed that you mentioned that you have the CD. You can put the CD in, and when it ask for the type of connection, connect the USB cable and select USB.

• HELP Please cannot run 6 items or download trial of 8 items

  Apologies, I think I can I have posted in the wrong forum before.

  I have two problems with Adobe Elements.

  The first is that I can't get 6 items to run on my new laptop, an Acer 5535, with 4 GB of ram, a 320 GB HDD and almost any other load. Works on Vista Home Premium with service pack 2.

  I bought elements 6 to run on my pc, also under Vista Home Premium it performed perfectly, but he refuses to go on the laptop. Installation fine, but when I try to open the program as an administrator or user, I just get the cursor activity a few seconds and then nothing!

  The Task Manager show nothing! But if I try to remove or repair the program via Control Panel the report says that some of the required files are used by the Elements 6 and it must be closed before repair can begin!

  So, frustrated using my 6 existing items, I tried to download a trial of 8 elements, obviously no interest in buying just, if it will be as reluctant to run on the laptop as Elements 6.

  The problem is now that starts downloading all that I being the screen 'Your Adobe Download begins' with a bar that regularly travel through the bottom of progression, flashing of «pending www.adobe.com...» "to"waiting for trials.adobe.com... ""transfer of data of trials.adobe.com... ". ", it all sounds hopeful but it has worked for more than 4 hours on a good broadband connection! In addition, everything that happens seems suspiciously regular, never a longer transfer, not long enough for me to read the details easily. I filmed them and then watched in mow slow for details.

  So, my question is, the download is happening and if this is the case, what are the chances of running 8 elements when Elements 6 will not?  Or any ideas how I can get my 6 existing items to run on the laptop?

  This article has been edited to add - I can tell you an under-Achiever. Using a pc, also running vista, I was able to download the test program 8 elements in 45 minutes. Copied on the Acer it installed without a problem, and so far (!) seems to work fine. I would like to still be able to run E6 on the Acer but it becomes at least I work again.

  Regarding the failed attempts at downloading, were you using Firefox?  Akamai Download service that uses Adobe seems not to be compatible with all versions of Firefox.

  I recently added 1 GB 667 DDR2 ram to my office, a1514in Pavilion (previously 1 GB 667 stick). But now the bios is show my DRAM frequency as 266 MHz (PC2-4200), these are the cases with different configs:

  -If I put only OLD stick of 1 GB 333 MHz (PC2-5300) show

  -If I put only NEW stick of 1 GB it will show 266 MHz (PC2-4200)

  -If I put both OLD & NEW 1 GB stick will show at 266 MHz (PC2-4200)

  Has also tried different machines slot but no use (I have only 2 slots and memory support for my system max is 2GB BIOS version 3.24)

  I am not able to understand what the problem is. In CPU - Z under the SPD, the two sticks are showing similar settings (I have not so good idea on these parameters). Please help me why the new RAM runs at a lower frequency... What should I do?

  According to the specifications of your motherboard RAM supported, speed isn't PC2-4200 and PC2-5300.
  
  Another thing, usually by mixing different RAM is a bad idea. The reasoning is that each RAM stick is intended to be run at a specific frequency, timings and voltage. If two sticks use different frequencies, timings, tensions that the BIOS will be all run the highest common denominator. In your case, that your new stick of RAM PC2-4200 and, therefore, the BIOS reads your second stick is run at the same speed for stability purposes.
