  It is not possible to disable the license from one computer crashed or possible to check which serial number has been used on computer because they are encrypted.

  A retail license is good to be installed on 2 machines. I checked your account and found 4 different serial numbers of Acrobat registered for your account.

  It is always suggested to buy a volume license, if you have more than 2 machines instead of buy 4 different serial numbers.

  I checked all the serial numbers entered and you have sufficient activation count remaining to cover all your machines.

  I've got CS3 Design Standard for Mac, which for the most part works very well on Yosemite, but the problem is that the Updater does not work anymore, so I can't update these programs to their latest versions.  I went to CS3 product download and downloaded from there, thinking that it would give me the latest versions.  Download Adobe provides the original versions of each application, not CS3 final revisions (maybe we can't install final revisions directly, so they need to provide the original and leave the client to update).  So I have to need to download them manually.  Final revisions of Photoshop CS3 for Mac and Illustrator CS3 for Mac for reasons I can't understand, Adobe download section (updates of the product), but shows no Acrobat Pro CS3 for Mac download!  [Review for the PS works, but the AI patch cannot be applied; but I would at least be updated Acrobat Pro kick].

  OK, so I got an email from our admin VLA for Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. It seems that I am connected and when it gets to the page where it should be download, I get a page that it is currently unavailable. The URL need me to is https://brb.acrobat.com. Is it possible that I can get past this page to get the download?

  I tried logging in and downloading in chrome and IE with the same result.

  I added acrobat.com for my trusted, tried compatibility mode sites.

  I even tried to connect from home rather than the work of network to see if that is the question, but I get the same page.
