  I just downloaded and installed Skype on my work computer (I have a video conference next week). But when I try to connect I get an error "Skype cannot connect" with my Skype name and "sorry, we don't recognize your connection details. Please check your Skype name and password, try it again"when I use my Microsoft account to connect.

  I thought it might be a firewall issue, but Skype is completely allowed in my firewall settings local and Skype on my Android Tablet and both work on wifi, so it doesn't seem to be a problem with the phone network.
