  The size of a knot is not known, until it has been laid out. It is not arranged until after it has been added to the scene. Setting in page happens during a pulse, so you add the node to the stage and then is placed on the next pulse.

  Because a node could be affected by a CSS style and the styles that apply to a dependent node when the node is in the graphic scene, it is not possible to get prefWidth/prefHeight without adding the node to the graphic scene. This is a problem and there must be a method 'size this node as if it was added to that parent in the scene graph', but it is not one now.

  I try to get all the JPEGs, shot with a particular camera to have profile lens corrections applied to them. So with a jpeg that is selected in the development module I check on "Enable lens corrections" click setup and click "save new lens correction default profile." But it does not work. The next jpeg that I select is not activated lens corrections. Or it does not work if the setting to develop, I click on set default settings > update current settings. I think I have to activate the lenses to each image corrections. What I am doing wrong?

  Settings that you did for images should apply to others or the images differently than what I understand, you were doing:

  You say that you update to current settings >.

  This means that you update your lens correction parameters (that you developed earlier) with the parameters of the new image (which does not have lens applied correctioons).

  Instead, try the following - in the develop Module:

  Once you have the frame for a picture, select more images without deselecting the first image (ctrl + click on the images more).

  Your first image should have a light gray frame, other images, a slightly darker gray frame. This means that all images are selected, but your first image is active.

  At the bottom of the right pane, click . A dialog box appears that allows you to check the settings you want to apply to the other images.

  Check or anything that applies in the case of sub-options of lens correction.

  Click . Your lens correction should now be applied to other images - and also other parameters of development if you checked them.

  I display a picture in an image control with a zoom factor of ~0.015 and it is displayed as shown in the picture 1.jpg.  When I Zoom in a little bit more to ~0.016 the image is displayed correctly, as shown in the picture-2.jpg.  The two images are attached.

  Why the image is displayed as a "gray band" in the first picture?  What should I do to have the picture displayed correctly at any zoom factor?  I use LV 2011 with the module for development of vision associated with Windows 7.

Unfortunately, I can't justify the purchase of a Canon 100-400 mm f4.5/6.6 L IS 11, as well as the upgrade of my 300 mm.

  I could not identify a RAW editor free alternatative of DPP-4, that will actually process RAW images from my 70 d cameras. I do not require the installation of fixed lens of DPP4.

  You can always use PLR (3 or 4) as your RAW converter when you use a Sigma lens. You just won't be able to use the digital objective Optimizer (DLO of Canon) on these files. DLO only supports Canon lenses.

  RawTherapee is a free RAW converter that should work with your 70 d, however I would recommend a few stick with DPP, if you do not need a correction of the lens. FWIW, I don't know if RawTherapee has lens correction or not in all cases.

• CameraWindow MC of Canon ZoomBrowser does not correctly identify vertical images of the PowerShot A610

  When I use CameraWindow MC of ZoomBrowser to import images from my PowerShot A610 SD memory in my computer Windows XP most / all of the vertical images do not appear to be "rotated".

  When I use Picasa to import these same images same SD cards they appear correctly - as rotated.

  These same images from the same memory card SD also import correctly on my computer Windows8 where I use the Canon ImageBrowser.

  I've uninstalled and reinstalled ZoomBrowser and CameraWindow MC, but the problem persists.

  Try to install/use ImageBrowser on the XP computer, I'm not sure there's enough grunt to face then I would stay with the ZoomBrower.

  Any suggestions or solutions?

  Hey guys.  I have a slight problem.  Whenever I close a Microsoft Paint Document that is saved, the next time I open it there are small dots of random colors that "mix" with the image.  However, this is problematic because then the paint bucket will fill only the portion that is not discarded.  After several times to open and close the document, the pictures are also very badly tainted.  I have a Windows Vista, who has not yet upgraded to Windows Seven.  This is my first post here, so I don't really know what (if any) additional information is required.

  I don't know if the problem has been corrected, but if not, I found a possible solution.

  I lived the same problem for a while, and I recently thought about it. If you save in JPG format, the tasks of random colors seems to occur. I tried to save the 24 - bit card ' shape and it seems to eliminate the problem. I hope this works for you also.

  Once you do this, put a mask on the offending layer and the mask to the person walking by revealing the intention below. (You want the top layer offender because looks like it is something minor, we want to just get rid of this one problem.)

  You may have to crop a bit since you say executives are not exactly the same, but you can work on it later.

• How to keep the lens corrections when sending images on Photoshop?

  I have a group of architectural photos taken in RAW format with a 10-20mm lens that I applied lens corrections in Lightroom 3.  When I open them in Photoshop using the bridge, lens corrections vanish.  I had the same problem using the mode of batch processing of Photomatix Pro to create HDR images.  If I select the trio of film images in Lightroom, right click on them and then export them in Photomatix, corrections of the purpose of stay, but if I close Lightroom and use the batch processing of Photomatix Pro mode to select and process the images, then corrections vanish.  Any ideas?

  The lens correction is a function of acr and LR communicates these parameters with PS CS5 and above.  If you are on CS4, to keep, LR should make before you send it.

  The same reason that you can't do batch processing of Photomatix, they don't understand LR treatment without current ACR, which is only compatible with LR3 and PS5 (and assumed, above).  So when you export from LR, LR is the treatment for you before you send it... so, you keep your changes.

  Even if you have CS4 or lower, LR would render to you.

  Which makes sense for you?
