Note: CLIP.exe is in the System32 directory.

    Hi bigdome6984,

If your machine acts as a Terminal Server, i.e. someone else connects to your computer using remote desktop, then rdpclip.exe will be loaded on your computer as part of the functionality of Server Terminal Server.

RDSCLIP is loaded on the computer, allowing other machines to connect via Remote Desktop.

It should be found at the following registry location:

    HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlset\Control\Terminal Server\Wds\rdpwd\StartupPrograms

Important Serious problems can occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you proceed with caution. For added protection, back up the registry before you edit it. Then you can restore the registry if a problem occurs. I have updated the firmware on my WRT54G v 2.2.  By following the instructions in "Guide Me", I have everything first to save the settings, then reset the router by pressing the reset button at the back of the router for 30 seconds.  However, when I tried to restore the settings, navigation and by opening the code.bin file saved on my desktop, I got the error message "invalid image file".  Now, I've lost my router settings, including the name of the network and secure settings.  How to restore settings, or if this is not possible how do I manually set parameters?

    Thank you

    Look for this icon:

In the left pane of Network and Sharing Center is a link manage wireless networks. Clicking on it leads to this dialog box:

Remove the old network and select Add, just follow the wizard to match the settings you have on the wireless router.

    Hello

Are you facing this problem only in internet explore?

Try to configure your 32-bit color quality (click on start-> settings-> Control Panel-> display-> settings). If you don't see a 16 or 32-bit, looking for your display drivers - click on start-> settings-> Control Panel-> system-> hardware-> Device Manager = check for any yellow exclamation next to the adapter chart or screen, if yes, you will need to install your display drivers.

    Hello

No saving necessary data and re-installing Windows Vista might be the best option, but here
    are a few others.

You can save your files by putting the drive in another computer as a 2nd disk (best) or external
Drive USB enclosure and then backup to removable media such as CD, DVD or other USB drives.
Of course a real store of the computer or the manufacturer of your system can help to recover the files.

Or you can use a boot Ubuntu CD to back up data.

You can access Mode safe? Repeatedly press F8 as you start? If yes you can try Control Panel - device
Manager - graphics card - Double click on - driver tab - click on UPDATE driver - then right click
on devices and UNINSTALL - REBOOT.

A method to try to get to the desktop (try in normal Windows Mode without failure) is CTRL +.
ALT + DELETE - Manager tasks and tab process EXPLORER.exe and COMPLETE the PROCESS on this subject - and then
on the Applications tab - lower right - new task - type in EXPLORER.exe. Safe mode is available by
repeatedly tapping F8 as you start. CTRL + SHIFT + ESC also begins the Task Manager.

Black screen problems are extremely difficult to repair and all patch is usually on a base hit or miss.

You can try an In-Place Upgrade (hopefully save programs and data) or a repair installation

  • Cannot restore the portable computer Satellite Windows 8.1

I have recently acquired some malware on my laptop, and after several failed attempts to remove it have decided to try to restore the device to factory settings.

Unfortunately, I don't create backup media when the laptop was new and the recovery media creator appears only to create a cover for the system as it is.

I tried to update the laptop using recovery tools built-in, but got an error "the drive where windows is installed is locked. Unlock the drive and try again."

Then I tried a reset and got "failed to reset your PC. A required partition is missing. »

I have created no recovery media when the laptop was purchased, do not not this.

I don't have a system image 'clean' for a system image recovery.

I do not have a restore point created earlier for a restoration of the system.

Auto repair seems to only deal with problems of boot of the system, but still had an error "auto repair could not fix your computer" as I was trying anything at this point.

Please can anyone offer any advise of any other route that I could take to restore factory settings.

    Thank you

EH... it is a quite complicated situation now. Problem is that there is not a special workaround solution and you can not force installation of recovery image. Either it works or not.
It is a pity that you don't l l create recovery media. It is the first step that everyone should do after the purchase of the laptop. This recovery media can be used in complicated situations.
    > Unable to reset your PC. A required partition is missing
For some reason tool recovery doesn't have access to the recovery or recorded data recovery partition.

What can you do now? To be honest, I see only one solution: order the new original recovery media for your laptop model. It can be done on https://backupmedia.toshiba.eu/landing.aspx

  • Recovery of password on the new computer

I just got a new 10 "laptop Toshiba and was tired when I typed in privacy.  I have the idea and know what the password should be... but he won't let me little matter what I do.  I tried caps, I tried to upper and lower case... tried almost everything.  It's only the second time I used the new computer and it won't let me.  What can I do to reset the password.  Well Yes... you guessed it... I don't have a backup disk.  Help!

Since this is a brand new computer, just do a factory restore. You don't have anything about it at this stage and it will be less work to do the restore to factory to try and reset the password. MS - MVP - Elephant Boy computers - don't panic!

have you installed cs6 in your new computer by using the installation files?

If so, your cs6 is probably already enabled.  You can confirm by opening a program > click Help > and confirm activate is not clickable, but disable is clickable.

  • Unable to restore the system, possible hard disk problems

I started to have a white screen on startup and could not go beyond the apple logo. I ran the recommended repairs but could not manage to detect the operating system if the recovery console could see everything fine. The console suggested a repair disk I ran, but it seems to fail and goes to a blank gray screen.

I pulled the drive and back up the contents of my PC and noticed them were three partitions showing in this regard. There was no problem of backup files as well so it seems that the drive is ok. After plugging it back in I tried internet recovery option and it only detects the HD recovery. I tried to erase disk02 but it does not work as well. I also use the restore option, but this also fails. I'm more used to the windows system restore and I'm not sure just what I might be missing.

I have attached the photos on what I see, so hopefully that will help.

    http://imgur.com/a/nsyx8

Enter the Recovery > disk utility. Select 1 TB HD Apple ST *, and then click Delete. Then click the Partition tab use arrow on the "Current" bar and select 1 Partition. Below you see a + sign or Options and will make this is the Table of Partition GUID. You will be he title Macintosh HD and Mac OS extended (journaled) and then click on apply. Now, you'll see Macintosh HD instead of the disk 0 sec 2. Select Macintosh HD, and then click Delete. Now, you erase Macintosh HD. It should be GUID Partition Table Mac OS extended (journaled). You should be able to put it in to your Mac you install El Capitan. Hope this helps you.
