Adblocker Plus will not work with one of the user accounts that I put in place

I've set up three user accounts.  An administrator, a non - pw protected and for me comments that I use all the time.  I have been using Adblocker Plus with Google Chrome for a year with no problems. Recently, advertisements have flooded surf the web and even webmail.  However, this does not happen when I open the Chrome in the administrator or guest accounts.

How can I get the ad blocker to work properly on my account?  Thank you.

To resolve this problem, use the following methods in the order in which they are listed. After each method, check to see if the problem is resolved. If the problem is not resolved, try the next method.

Method 1: Clean start.

To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.  Here is the link for your reference perform the clean boot.

Method 2: Scan Malware.

The Microsoft Security Scanner is a downloadable security tool for free which allows analysis at the application and helps remove viruses, spyware and other malware. It works with your current antivirus software. Please follow the steps below to use the scan to Microsoft Security.

  • Click on download now and click Run.
  • Choose complete system scan and wait for the full analysis.

    It seems to me that you probably had to reinstall Photoshop CS 2.  If this is the case, then, you must download and install Camera Raw 3.7.  The version that was on your installation disc has been updated several times.  And one of these probably included updates support for your camera.  Install RTAs 3.7 and see if that helps.

    The OEM key on the side of your Tower will not work with the XP cd to retail. You need a manufacturer OEM copy such as comes with some Dell, gateway machines.
