  While from my account on my computer Win 7 Ultimate I get constantly interrupted with the following error, having appeared on the screen.

  I saw the file tree and (newly) noticed that there are a number of directories that show a locked state.

  I tried then access these locked directories showing locked and have encountered the error

  C:\Users\ (X) 'X' is not accessible, access is denied.

  I then tried to change the security permissions on these locked folders... Right click... Properties... Security... Edit... User "X"... Allow check... Apply... OK.

  AND yet once I met the other mistake

  Error (X), there was an error applying security... An error has occurred applying security information to: C:\Users\ 'X' access denied.

  So that's where I'm stuck... I get errors. I'm doing the Correct (I think) security fixes and I am met with a stonewall by the computer? I'm I have done this correctly? The computer is damaged by a virus? (I don't think), I have use controls many security I.e.... IOBIT Malware, AVG Antivirus, Rootkit, Microsoft, etc. and regular analyses. In fact I probably spend more time computer maintenance then enjoyment...  :-)

  The Internet Explorer cannot be uninstalled. However you can disable/enable what works as the resettlement.

• Develop the problem not solved by upgrading to LR 5 module in LR 4

  I just upgraded to LR 5.  I had this problem with the LR 4 I was hoping would leave with the upgrade, but it didn't.  I use Windows 7 64-bit.  In the develop module, the cursors change the histogram, but not the image in the main screen.  I don't see the changes in the Filmstrip below, but of course this is not enough.  In addition, sometimes develop module that the image does not appear again, just a gray rectangle.  I found on the forums that others have had this problem, but there is nothing aware about it, and it does not seem to have been resolved for others. I have "ve restarted several times without improvement.  Previously, others have tried a variety of manoeuvres without success as deleting file preferences and uninstalling/reinstalling.  Please help as I am currently completely dead in the water.

  You have profiled and calibrated your monitor using a hardware device, such as Greytag Macbeth i1 Display 2 or Spyder one? If this isn't the case, maybe that's the problem.

  You can test if this is the problem by following these steps.

  a. close Lightroom and other open source software.

  b. go to your control panel and under appearance and personalization, click "Advanced settings".

  c. in the pop-up dialog box, select the "color management tab and then click"Color management"

  d. (take a note of the current default monitor profile)

  e. in the ICC Profiles list select "sRGB IEC 61966 - 2.1" and defined as the default monitor profile. (if it is not present, click on the Add button and a list of profiles to add on your system will popup the sRGB profile should be there select)

  When finished, you can close all the dialog boxes.

  Try to use Lightroom and see if the problem goes away. Post your experience what so more troubleshooting can be done.

  If it works in Mode safe mode and normal mode with all extensions (Firefox/tools > Modules > Extensions) off and then try to find which extension is the cause by allowing an extension at a time until the problem reappears.

  Close and restart Firefox after each change via "Firefox > Exit ' (Windows: Firefox/file > quit;) Mac: Firefox > quit Firefox. Linux: Firefox/file > exit)

  • If you have many extensions then first turn on half of test extensions that half the problem.
  • Continue to divide the bad half that still has the question until you find that one is causing it.

  So here's my dilemma...

  I am currently trying to import from MS Access to SQL Developer, by exporting MS Access to MS Excel and then import in my table of the exporting Excel sheet. What happens is that when I import the excel sheet, it is does not keep the format of date/time / I tried several different formats, but everyone seems to exclude the time and the date.

  My field of date/time is currently set up like this on SQL Developer:

  DD/RRRR/MM HH: MM: SS AM/PM

  And the Excel sheet, I'm importing the field corresponding, defined as follows:

  mm/dd/yyyy/hh/mm/ss AM/PM

  The answer (s) I'm importing is as follows:

  Date/time physical_cpu server_id

  01/11/2013-12:01:23 AM scc415 6.03999996

  When the record is imported, it eliminates the time, so the imported data are:

  Date/time physical_cpu server_id

  01/11/2013 6.03999996 scc415

  Any idea on how to get this timestamp to import properly? Many appreciate the ideas in advance!

  Looks like I have found the solution. For some reason, export to leave access to Excel first and then open and save the file as a .csv instead of a .xlsx, date/time information are maintained. This problem has been resolved.

  Not sure if you are running two auditors (one for 8i to 10g) on this server. When I had problems to connect to 10g XE and 11g running on the same server, each with its own listening port, I've read that the deactivation of the listener to 10 g and update of 11 g listener.ora and tnsnames.ora with entries for 10 g solved all. Always use the earpiece for the most recent version of Oracle. Maybe you have no control over the listening port on the server configurations, but it's something to consider.

  Developer 1.5.1 SQL does not support Oracle 8i.

  Pls check the release notes for SQL Developer 1.5, he says that he does not connect to the DB Oracle 8i.
