• Possible bug with adding the query to your Favorites

  I noticed that when I create a MDX query say with a time range of 24 hours and then click on the "current query add to Favorites." When I click the "Favorite queries" button and pull again it changes hourly range custom and goes back to the time when I ran at the origin of the request and not for the last 24 hour period.

  Is it possible to get the creative application Cloud to stop adding a shortcut in the list of favorites in Windows? I deleted several times, but it keeps having added. I don't see an option anywhere to turn it off, and it is a little annoying because I do not use cloud storage functionality at all (I have disabled synchronization of file).

  I have my favorites in folders. They are always in the bookmarks drop-down menu, but not in the sidebar. Nothing does highlight or shows by mousing over the Favorites sidebar area.

• Adding a first back in Captivate user

  I just started using the trial version of the first Captivate and I have a few questions

  (1) I accidentally deleted a user. I want to add the user back, but is there really no way to add the user under the same email? If this is the case, I do not understand why.

  (2) why I can't delete a course after publication?

  (3) I had someone take a trial lesson and answer a few questions at the end, but they can't resume. Is it possible for me to erase their attempt on the course and let them start again?

  Oh - if you want to create a course that resets them essentially as if it has not been used before?

  I did make myself during demonstrations of premium. Here's how I do it.

  I first 'retire' the original course. This removes effectively, but of course the track data are preserved, and it does not really remove the course, just removes the courses available to people to take.

  Then duplicate this original course. You can use the same name over and over again - but the first will try to rename (copy of...).  I have rename the course as you want, and then I just save and publish. This creates a new instance of the class inside your catalog, and it will be a new copy.

  Now for the alternative. There is a setting in SCORM (I suspect in AICC as well) allows you to create a course that can reset after completion. The trick is to set the course 'Advanced' settings 'Never send RESUME data'. This will create a course which will record the completion, and which can be revisited, but that will be a cool quiz to take every time you visit it.

  You can find this setting in Quiz preferences: tab reports, under the "Advanced" button

• Auto save back up creative cloud is broken

  I was fumbling with it for a few days. It's great to have this proposed feature but since my last update to the desktop application, it doesn't seem to work. I spotted a post on April 21, 2015 where the recommendation by the Rio Khan had to UN install the desktop application CC and re install but when I try this, I get a message to the effect of CC cannot be removed because there are other Adobe programs that rely on it. I tried to copy in a link to the other post on the Adobe PP forum but it seems to hang when I try so here it's long hand: https://forums.adobe.com/message/7457869#7457869 . Is the Auto Save Save to creative cloud something that we feel may be invoked or should make us other arrangements until Adobe can ensure that it is solid? I notice that I can do it manually, but this isn't really how the feature is supposed to work.

  If you click on tools > Options > advanced > maintenance > store folder, you should see where WLM is keeping sound files using now.  Navigate to this folder and then go up from there and after a few clicks you should see another folder that will contain the previous files, if they exist.  If you see any other folder, then they probably disappeared.

  When I go into the utility assistance I can search and find various items, and then when I find something that I want to come back is a simple thing to add the item to the Favorites menu and everything is as expected when I look in the Favorites tab.  However, when I go in the search example I can brouse and VI search depending on what I'm looking for and once again all is well and good. However, I noticed that when a particular example that VI is selected, the add to favorite button is activated, so I clicked it and the VI was added to a list of favorites. Once the VI has been added to your Favorites out of the favorite button becomes visible. The example finder has no favourites tab! How can I enter the Favorites section, and see what I've added to your Favorites!

  When you add favorites NI example Finder, this creates a 'Favorites' folder where you can quickly access the screws that you chose.  This folder is located in the list of folders in the tab 'Browse' inside OR example Finder.  I added a screenshot just for guidance.

  Favorites and bookmarks are different words for the same thing. Uses IE Favorites.

  CTRL + B would give you the bookmarks bar.

  You can locate the Firefox profile folder in the Carbonite backup.

• I've "sorted by name" file "unsorted bookmarks". I want to get back on top. How?

  The "unsorted bookmarks" is now at the bottom of my favorites. The record was categorized in alphabetical order. How can I get to the top of the page wher it was originally?
