• Added the new computer but lost all favorite settings on old. I need new account keep different settings on both?

  My laptop (i5, running Win 7) is my workhorse computer that had all my favorite settings stored. I added a new office (AMD, Win 8.1) that will be used as a multimedia entertainment unit, but when I connected the cable to install FireFox it replaced all the settings in my laptop with the new computer. How can I keep the different settings on each computer? Must have 2 different accounts to be able to do this? I have now lost the web address for some of my sites, so it's quite painful.   Thanks for posting to the Microsoft Community. I understand that the child on the new computer account does not appear in the Family Safety website. To resolve this problem, make sure that the parent e-mail account is defined as an administrator on the Windows 8 of the child computer. After that, please follow the steps below on how to properly manage the settings on the Family Safety website:

  1. On the start screen, type parental controls.
  2. Click settings.
  3. Click the parental control .
  4. In the lower part of the window, click Manage settings on the Family Safety website. Your default browser will be directed to the Family Safety website.
  5. Sign in using the parent account.

  Hi, windows told me recently there is a problem with my hard drive and that I would back up my data to an external storage device, in case it fails, but don't want to backup my files because they aren't important.   If you are still able to boot from the Windows 7 Desktop on the current hard drive, try to create a set of recovery disks. See the instructions in the following article:

  After you create the defined recovery disc, close, install the new SSD, then use the updated recovery disk to reinstall Windows 7 on new disk SSD.

  You will need 4 blank DVDs.

  I added 4 entries for new accounts in file_group_acct_codes.csv manually & them mapped to GROUP_ACCT_NUM (CASH) and run load incremental, but in the trial balance reports, are mapped under OTHERS.
  
  GROUP_ACCT_NUM as the CASH is already present in the olive TREE.
  
  An obtained account mapped to CASH & others.

  When you change the group accounts, you may need to run the "GROUP ACCOUNT CLEANING" process to correct historical data.

• Cannot sync the new songs from IPod after transfer library external HD

  A few days ago, I consolidated my library on my external HD to clear a space on my PC (Surface Pro 3). Then, yesterday, I downloaded a new album and even though my iPod shows on ITunes it has not added the new album.

  Sound like you may not be having the media on external rather than the entire library. If so the shift Start iTunes, use the option create and make a new iTunes library called iTunes at the root of the drive, move your media folder in the iTunes folder and then add content to the library. See make a library of portable split for some information on the Organization of the library.

  See also recover your iTunes from your iPod or an iOS device. You may be able to recover ratings and playlists to the device.

• HP Officejet Pro 8500 a: printers print only after the new cartridges installed

  Whenever I put in new cartridges I have problems with the print head alignment, then it usually printed.  This time, he was sitting with cartridges empty color for awhile and now it does not print at all.  I always use only the new HP cartridges.  It fails the alignment and the blue and yellow and sometimes the magenta show on the sheet alignment.  What is the print heads?  Why would I need to change them whenever I have to add ink cartridges new which makes no sense.  I have never changed them, but they worked very well until I added the new ink.

  I understand that e-all-in-one-HP Officejet Pro 8500 a your printer is printing is no longer.  I would like to work with you on this. I have a few suggestions that might restore your printing capabilities.

  It could be that the long period of inactivity of dormancy has dried the print head, even if you have made the right choice in leaving the cartridges installed in the printer.  I recommend you try the following basic troubleshooting steps before embarking on a manual print head cleaning more intensive:

  • Click here and clean the printhead automatically via the front panel of the printer, as shown in the second Solution.
  • Repeat three times if you still have print quality issues.
  • Remove and reinsert the cartridges once more with the printer to force the printer to print a different allignment page.
  • This to improve the print quality?

  What I understand, you already configured the ports of the physical switch as junction ports.

  In this case all you have to do is to change the settings of the new group in the GUI port and enter the ID VLAN.

  Make sure that the new VIRTUAL LAN is on the allowed physical switch ports to VLANS.

  Hi, I'm a total newbie in APEX but collaborated with ordinary development Oracle (tables, views, packages, triggers, etc) for a number of years.
  
  I ve been assigned in order to respect an existing application to APEX. One task is to add a column to a single character named 'ACTIVE' to a database table and also present on a current project list page. The value can be 'Y' or 'n'. In the view which is the source of data for the project page ad 'Y' turned into 'Yes' and 'n' turned into 'no '. So far so good, everything works well.
  
  There is another page on which it is possible to create new or modify existing projects. This page uses a view as a source of data. On this page, I added a group of radiobutton that contains two options: 'Yes' and 'no '. When I select to edit a project in the project list page the second page is loaded and the correct option, 'yes' or 'No', is marked on the page. This group of radiobutton works exactly like a couple of other groups of radiobutton also represented with a single character column in the database. So far so good!
  
  However, when I try to save the project file by clicking on "Apply Changes" I get this error:
  
  ORA-20001: DML error: p_rowid = 50, ID = p_alt_rowid, p_rowid2 =, p_alt_rowid2 is. ORA-01779: cannot modify a column that is mapped to a table not preserved key
  
  What is the problem here? The new 'ACTIVE' column is added to the view, when I run the view I Don t get all records in duplicate, the underlying table has a column id as the primary key.
  
  Since I Don t know that APEX is under the hood it s hard tp what's wrong. Anyone knows the solution to this problem?

  Is there an INSTEAD OF trigger defined on the view? Have you added the new column ACTIVE there too?
