  Honestly, this sounds like a problem of carrier. Are you able to make/receive calls or send and receive text messages? I would first check with the carrier to make sure that your phone is still set up to use mobile data. Something was accidentally deleted when they merged your bills.

  Time for a basic troubleshooting Firefox.

  Try Firefox Safe mode to see if the problem goes away. Firefox Safe mode is a troubleshooting mode that temporarily disables hardware acceleration, restores some settings and disables add-ons (extensions and themes).

  If Firefox is open, you can restart Firefox Safe mode in the Help menu:

  If Firefox does not work, you can start Firefox in Mode safe as follows:

  Hi, since I upgraded to El Capitan my macbook air was not able to see the printers on my network wifi or connected via USB. I fixed it once (I kept trying things and eventually they both show) but they disappeared a few days later and today I tried previously tried everything and nothing works. Here is what I tried it - is there anything else anyone can think? I would like to downgrade to Yosemite, but Setup was removed from the Apple store so it's not an option more.

  (1) I checked to see if the printers were on and connected to the wifi network.

  (2) I have reset the printing system

  (3) I renamed the printer folder in library old printer and reinstalled the printer drivers for printers

  (4) I used the terminal window to correct permissions

  (5) I downloaded the latest drivers from gutenprint for mac

  (6) I installed a completely clean picture of El Capitan After erasing my drive

  (7) I have restored a previous image that I created just after I solved the problem of the printer

  None of these things worked. When I click on the plus sign on the printers and scanners to add a new printer, there is no printer available to add. Even when I connect one of the printers with a USB port, it is not seen by the mac.

  I really don't know what to do at this point. It is not a printer problem, because these are two different manufacturers - it's certainly a problem with the mac. I am able to use google cloud print with printers (if they are indeed on the wifi network).

  If you had a "Disconnect" button before and now only a 'rescued' button, then it seems as if your router lost its configuration. You must disconnect if the router is configured for PPPoE connection (usually on the DSL lines). You must renew if the router is configured for automatic/DHCP (usually on cable lines).

  Is it possible that your router wireless network also returned to 'linksys' without wireless encryption? It would be a clear indication that the configuration has been lost.

  I suggest that you reset the router by default to clear any other remnants of your configuration. Press reset for 30 seconds on the power button. Check the lights on the router for the activity where the button is broken.

  After the reset, I suggest that upgrade you to the latest firmware if available. You need to download the firmware in one of your computers file. Then connect the computer to the router. Open the web interface and use the Firmware Upgrade works somewhere on the Administration tab download the new file of the firmware on your router and let him finish the upgrade.   So I've had this problem for awhile now and it does not seem to deteriorate. Every time I open a folder in Windows Explorer that contains video files (of any type), YOU start to have problems. The Green loading bar starts to take forever, or if that manages to load properly, then doing ANYTHING with these files will result in US gel and ends up crashing. No matter if it is just a right-click, trying to highlight, trying to move, try to remove or trying to open. They all get the same answer.

  Things I've tried and the results:

  -Set the folder options to never display thumbnails (bar is no longer a problem too bright green)

  -Set options folder for general documents

  -Tried to optimize files with videos to video

  -Switched back to General

  -Ran of virus/malware scans (clean)

  -Never allowed cache, the nooks and the crannies of unnecessary files

  -Uninstall unused programs on C:\ for free space

  -Defragged everything

  -Uninstalled and reinstalled each video player

  -Uninstalled and reinstalled all my codecs, as well some as superfluous jic

  -Use a video converter to convert videos between file types, now accessible but converted videos seems not to to material they are converted into - in addition, nonconverted original suddenly too much work very well, but ONLY those that are accessible by the converter

  -Used VLC to find and open the video files. Œuvres, but only one at a time, that is, if I try to open another video file after the first in the same window of VLC, VLC freezes. Need to close the program, and then reopen the program to open a new file without freezing.
