Adding a contact to the database and the drop-down box does not list the provinces

Hey everybody,

Was wondering if you ever came across this... we have someone who is to manually enter a contact and got to the State or the Province drop down.  There is no province listed in there... everyone has added provinces?  How did you handle this.  Looks like an easy question, but found nothing on this subject...

Currently, the State or Province in your default Contact point of view is mapped to the Contact status field.

As per the attached screenshot, the Contact of State field using values from the selection of Siebel billing US State list.

So that you can either change the selection list of Siebel of billing to one of:

State or Province

State or Province - 19/07/2010 14:18:28

State or Province - 2010-08-18 14:29:07

You should go and confirm these select lists have the correct value, or you can change to Siebel billing list to include the provinces.

You can access lists of selection to evaluate-> data tools-> of installation-> Setup data-> select manage lists.

    OK, so I think that I fixed it!

  • Suddenly cannot enter anything into some empty search fields, drop-down menus does not and javascript popups freeze randomly. WTH?

    I noticed a few things randomly does not not on my computer in the last month or two, and I have tried everything I can think to figure out what it is... still have not thought about it yet. Examples - I was on ebay and the tracking number, I clicked on the page 'My ebay' jumped open a javascript window, but then froze the page so I had to close the tab all. Then on Grooveshark, home page comes up, but if I type anything in the search field, I see what I type, but at the same time, I can still see their default search message.     Always recommended to reset the airport back to settings by default and then set up again whenever you have a new modem or change your Internet Service provider.

    Turn off the new modem for at least 30 minutes. More is better.

    Perform a hard reset on the AirPort Extreme, then it turned off.

    Make sure that the Ethernet cable connects the modem to the "O" on the AirPort Extreme WAN port

    After the power of the modem 30 minutes down, turn on the modem and let it run for at least 5 minutes by itself.

    Then, turn on the airport and let it run a few minutes

    Set up AirPort Extreme again

    Important note... There are many reports of problems with the modem Arris SB and airports. Both are great products, but they do seem to work perfectly together for some users.

    Try a reboot.

    Make a backup using Time Machine or a cloning program, to ensure that data files can be recovered. Two backups are better than one.

    Try to set up another admin user account to see if the same problem persists. If back to my Mac is enabled in system preferences, the guest account will not work. The intention is to see if it is specific to an account or a system wide problem. This account can be deleted later.

    Isolate a problem by using a different user account

    If the problem is still there, try to start safe mode using your usual account.  Disconnect all devices except those necessary for the test.     Thanks for posting about what is happening. If I understand you correctly, you have a book you want on your iPhone and iPad, but neither is synchronizing correctly to have both.

    Have you checked every device to confirm that the same identifier Apple is signed all three?

    iPhone and iPad: head to settings > iTunes and App Store

    iTunes: on a Mac, it's under account or installed depending on the version of iTunes store.  On a PC, it is also under account, and if you don't see the menu bar, click on the triangle in the upper left corner to view the Bar Menu or CTRL + B on the keyboard.

    If all 3 have the same signed Apple ID, post the version of iOS and iTunes for all three devices here, please.
