  I'm adding 300 more photos at the end of my vacation video and I can't get them to go.  I imported in the browser, all chosen, you drag on "Insert transitions" and put them in the timeline panel.  Problem, when I try to make, using all the options, I get a 'General error' after 10 minutes.   I got about 15% for rendering, but I am ideas.  Can anyone help.  Thank you.

  Looks like you on the resources system is weak.

  You know the properties of the project?

  How big are the stills?

  When the stills are much larger than the project, it can smother your system.

  Try stills to the size of the project would be my suggestion.

• Adobe Premiere Elements 12.1 - how to change the speed of a row of photos on the timeline?

I think I went through all the possible explanations using Adobe-videos, www and You Tube. etc., but I'm still too stupid, having not yet seized the response.  I am new to this, and it does everything just for me. If I manually drag the vertical red line along the timeline, then individual pictures presents during the masterscreen above, but they have almost disappeared in arriving at the other. If I press play instead, the red line is progressing fairly well, but still the same speed on the timeline, but I need an explanation to slow down or speed up the clouds-photos that I brought to the timeline. Y at - there someone here who can / will cut out in 5 mm plates of steel for me?  PS. This isn't a normal video, it's 190 photographs of clouds taken with my interval-o-meter, just to know 'how' in Premiere Elements

  BTW. I was arrested on my previous effort to get an answer (in Danish): you are not allowed to question here - or something like!  Why?

  The best way is to your slide show in a video output then re-import this video in your project and use Time Stretch to slow down or speed up playback.

  How you do that depends on how you plan to use this slide show. It will be released on a DVD or BluRay disc? Uploaded to YouTube or Vimeo?

  I recently spent the first items 8 to 12, after discovery of this 'expert' looked allot more like what I was used to I was able to start a new project. However, I don't consider myself 'expert '.

  That said I have a few questions:

  1. I used to be able to insert pictures and rearrange them in the 'scene' line, I don't see this feature in the first 12 then uses the "calendar" that is there. However I can not insert pictures or move around easily, I get my clips reduce in size. How do I insert new pictures or move them?
  2. Transitions seemed to have been greatly reduced by the availability of them, are they "left in disgrace", I had put a transition inbetween all my clips in my previous projects with 8. Allot of them were simply the function 'clear '. What is recommended with 12?
  3. I didn't learn to add music to this project however noticed that he has assigned different models available. But I want to be able to add my own music, can you give me tips on 'how to', I just go to 'add media' and get them off my computer and add it to the audio line?

  I don't know why these photos should be reduced in size. It should be the same as in your earlier version, that is, as long as you hold down the Alt key on the main keyboard to the computer, with your mouse cursor you drag new file location in the Timeline. Some people like to use the CTRL key instead of the ALT key. I prefer the ALT key.

  I prefer the Expert workspace rather than the quick in version 12, but you can always switch the images in the areas of speed film with a click and drag left or right depending on the case. So, I'm not sure what ran you into quick workspace in this regard.

  There are many Transitions in the transition tab when you are in space Expert, much less in the fast workspace. That's what you should see in version 12 experts/area of work/Transitions

  Same thing as before. Add Media/files and active projects/folders (if Expert workspace). Fast working space that does not 'intermediate' active in the project. Therefore, add media/files and folders / and live in a space scene on film. If you have iTunes music, she may have to convert it to .mp3 or .wav (even again as before).

  However, if you are a user of SmartSound soundtrack, the SmartSound function is passed in version 12, which has her counterpart, on the Audio tab of the scores of music and sound effects that end up on the timeline in .wav files. If you have old SmartSound music, they need to be converted to .wav and then files the first 12 items add media.

• Android App Native, adding Photos to the Gallery

  A very strange, but the customer we build our application a DPS were reports to the clients once using our latest App Android, its hundreds of place images in the Gallery of devices.

  We have a nexus 7 here and its doing the same thing. But this is not done this on our Nexus 10 or one of our phones?

  Any ideas what is happening here?

  It is a problem with some app your client uses to view the photos, not the DPS Viewer. We properly store images by requirements Android and celebrate correctly records that should not be indexed by other applications. Other Android developers unfortunately haven't necessarily adhere to these rules and index our stuff anyway.

  There is a "glitch" pink screen that keeps appearing randomly in my iMovie on some photos project. No one knows what is the cause? It's incredibly frustrating. Sometimes it will not appear in the preview of iMovie and then when I export the .mov file, that is! See screenshot below for the Visual representation. ANY idea is appreciated. Thank you!

  

  Only iMovie 10.1.1 is completely compatible with El Capitan.  Are you by chance using an earlier version?

  Hello world... Im hoping someone can lend a hand...

  Im trying to help the little old lady next door with her old XP computer running PE3.

  Problems she knows are from prior to my work on the machine.

  Before my take it to the House, the system had never been connected to the internet and still was XP SP2.

  Ive updated all the drivers, installed all the updates of windows (including sp3) and Photoshop Elements updated to 3.01

  Apparently, the system worked very well for years, then a year ago PE3 begins to act.

  Error occurs whenever I take the following steps:

  I start PE3 from the desktop, then choose Browse / organize photos.  Create a product, I select Calendar, select a calendar type, and then click Add a Photo... photo browser area appears and shows photos of 12 or more, I select a few and mousewheel then down to select other...

  as soon as I get more out of 3 or 4 ranks, PE completely freezes.

  End of the game.  If I open the Task Manager, then that is the case I see reasonable before using CPU freeze and immediately after it freezes CPU falls to 0, and nothing happens... the program stops to respond and I have to have windows to kill him.

  Ive tried to get catalogs, defragment the disk, recreate the preferences file, nothing has worked until now...

  Everyone remember this ancient and have any suggestions?

  Well, just in case someone else runs into the same, I seem to have solved the problem...

  Cannot swear know which of two things corrected, I did one after another before testing...

  But I edit - select all, then Edit - thumbnails update... in the hope that a miniature corrupted as the problem... almost immediately a box pops up informing me that there are some files in the catalog that could not be located on the disk and it was looking for them... After 5 minutes of research, I clicked Cancel on the slice, get along with the regeneration of the thumbnail... On the 9500 points, it took a few hours...

  Then I went after that finished, files - files reconnect all the missing... After a few minutes he generated a list of unrelated files 320... I tried to join links on some program had found similar images, and then for the remaining items, I selected in the list and chose to delete the catalog...

  .. and you know everything revolves like a top now...

• Adding photos to the slideshow.

  I'm trying to add photos to my slide show.  They currently reside in a folder under folders and my slide show is in the Collections category.  No luck the combination of the two.  I know I am missing something completely obvious here.

  If this is an existing slideshow collection , you have already created, select and drag the new image their source folder files and drop them in the collection icon to existing slide show located in the Collections folder. The new images appears on the slide show according to your selection of command "Sort" located above the film (Capture time, command of the user, etc.).

  There used to be a problem with the 'STROKE Border' option in the module slideshow causing soft (blurry) imagery at resolutions scaled down (which is nothing less than full resolution). If you encounter this problem, try unchecking the stroke border option button. I just tried with LR 3.4.1 on my Windows 7 system and a 1280 x 1024 PDF slideshow looks great with the border of the stroke... perhaps it is fixed in LR 3.4?

  Hello world. I'm doing a simple simple slideshow (no effect or alterations of any type) of pictures taken with my camera canon 6 d. They have been taken with the best resolution of 5184 x 3456. The ratio is 3:2. When I let fall one of the photos in the new point bin and I let first choose the sequence for me, first do not find one of its presets, but creates instead a sequence custom with dimensions that correspond to my photos of 5184 x 3456. It also corresponds to the normal of 1.0 square pixels. The dimensions of the video previews it creates are 1620 x 1080. Just after the sequence is created I get a solid red line in the timeline and at that time my photos fill the program monitor completely even during playback, but as soon as I made the timeline, then I get a solid black border to the East (from my point of view in looking at computer) all my photos, I spent a lot of time on it to try to find me a solution. I couldn't do it. So I did an experiment and I resized images in 16:9, and as soon as I did that the first matches a sequence of his presets and the problem disappeared.   Umberto, sorry for the long time between responses. Finally, I got the chance to test with your images and was able to reproduce it on my system. While I can't tell you why this is happening, I have a work around you.

  The problem is in the render files. When you return your files PP done new video files and play those back instead of the original and support for some reason to MPEG I-Frame rendering only (default) creates this black bar.

  I imported two photos into a new project in Premiere Pro v2015.1 and drag them to the new sequence button. They played back normally. Then, I made the timeline and saw your black bar on the right side.

  I open the sequence settings and changed the File Format of video preview GoPro CineForm (YUV 10 bit) and then made it and it worked fine! Personally, I normally use QuickTime ProRes codec, but I see on your screenshots that you run Windows, so the GoPro CineForm codec is probably your best option. Which should contribute, and during this time you should present this as a bug to Adobe since it is so easily reproducible.

• Why the photos are small on the Timeline?

  I am a beginner using 5.5 Pro Prem.  Try adding a few simple photos and music.  Should be simple, right?  I imported the photos, but after I add to the timeline, I can only see a small part of the picture when I play it back.  I see that 10% of the photo.  What I am doing wrong?

  Right-click on it and set it to "Scale to frame size" or click on it and go back to the effect controls panel and use the scale parameter of the effect trajectory for its size down.

  Your images are probably using a frame of a LOT larger than the video image of the size of the sequence.

  If you want to create a sequence to just images, drop one of the images on the "New item" button in the project Panel. But you might be better to use images of video sizes if you want to put this stuff on the web.
