Adding text to the Collage

I bought Microsoft auto collage 2008 and I can put the collage togather but I never have the opportunity to add text. What should I do?

Hello

Your why question is more complex than what is generally answered in the Microsoft Answers forums. It is better suited for the IT Pro audience on why community forum. Please ask your question in the Forum why. You can follow the link to your question:

Adobe change Acrobat a lot between releases. Make sure you follow instructions to the same version you have.

If this looks OK, let us know the exact version you have (help > about Acrobat Pro).

  • Why the font size is so great when adding text to the photo in high resolution?

Why the font size is so great when adding text to the photo in high resolution?

Font size is usually determined by the size in points. 72 points equal to 1 inch. the size is independent of the size of your actual file. You might have a file that is located at 72 dpi, which is set to a 5 X 7 "and the police would be the size even if it is a 1200 dpi image 5 X 7.

  • Cannot save the added text to the. CFG files.

Hello! I am new to Windows 7 (as is practically everybody, because how it's a new operating system...) and I'm currently under Flight Simulator X Deluxe Edition. In the past, on my XP machine, I liked adding items of scenery, aircraft repainted, etc., and in order to introduce the aircraft repaints, text lines must be added to a certain .cfg file located in one of the folders landscapes. My problem is that although I can open and view the contents of the .cfg file, when I add the new text and you try to save, I get an "Access denied" error message. It just doesn't allow me to save! This single action is the only thing in the way of enjoying me the use of the scenery file that I recently downloaded. Any advice on how to bypass this annoying problem would be great! I've already traveled through the administrator functions and tried to open the .cfg file in Notepad and wordpad, but without success.

Press the windows key, type in Notepad, click with the right button on the notebook, run as long as administrator, open your Notepad file, modify, save.

  • I need help, adding text to the jpeg file

I need to add a name to a jpeg file for a product that I do with the file... when I go to the text tool and enter the name, it is not displayed. I need to unlock the layer-how can I do this? I have knowledge of basic photoshop btw.  Thank you!!

The fact that the file is a JPEG file is not the problem. Even if the background layer has been locked, a new layer is added when you add text. Select the Horizontal type tool and click on the page. Once you see the insertion point blinking cursor, type away. You can make choices in the formatting Options bar at the top. When the text looks as you want, click the check mark.

  • Adding text with the text tool corresponds to the resolution of photo

I discovered that, although the resolution of the image is of no consequence when the sizing of the images in pixel dimensions, it is always important if you decide to add information of copyright with the text tool.

for example, I received pictures of several people, all sizes of 1024 pixels in width, but I wanted to add their names to the front of the images before putting the images in a slideshow.  I quickly discovered that, even if the images are identical pixel seen, applied names vary in size according to the resolution of the image.

Because different brands of cameras assign a different resolution to the images taken with this camera, I needed to change the resolution of images to be all the same before I could add the names appearing in the same size.

It was a surprise for me.

    Mary Lou

I think we are saying the same thing.

"Now, Type is expressed in points and points are defined as 72 points per inch for output format."

This is the information that I needed.

When people send me images that are all in 1024 x 768 in size in pixels (I'll stop using the word 'size') the size of the font that I choose to use appears differently on these images, depending on their output resolution.

There is no way to avoid having to adjust the resolution of output of these images, if I want to have text added (via the text tool) that appears the same size on all images.

Now, I can explain why this is happening.  I hope this is helpful to others reading this.

    Thank you.

  • Best practices for adding text to the Flex container?

    Hello
I'm having problems to expose a TextFlow class correctly inside of a Flex container. What is the best practice to achieve, for example adding a lot of text to a small sign?
Is it possible to do anything other than static width and height DisplayObjectContainerController constructor, or is - not the place to implement this? I guess what I'm looking for is the logic of the layout, I normally wrap in a custom Flex component and implement within Measure [] and so on.

My use case: a chat application that adds several elements TextFlow to a Flex for example the Panel container. Or use TextFlow substitute UITextField.

Examples of code would help me greatly.

    I'm using Flex 3.2.

    Kind regards

    Stefan

You are right, the examples we have provided are specific to TLF, an ActionScript component, rather than a Flex component. Flex Gumbo is implementing what I think you are looking for (a UIComponent to TLF). Gumbo is still under active development, we chose to stay with examples that apply as much 3.2 Flex Gumbo.

Check out mx.components.FxTextArea; I'd be curious to know if it's the 'start of market' looking in terms of using TLF in Flex.

Here's a hint or two. (and there are several ways to do)...

  • Photoshop CC: Workspace flashing black when inserting the Guides & completely black when adding text

Recently I bought Photoshop CC (2 days ago) and shortly after installation I jumped on Photoshop CC, and began to implement the prefferences for my personal use and started to just do some basic stuff and see what's new in the CC when insertion Guides and adding text to the workspace started to flash/stay BLACK. I don't know what is happening but my specs are better than the minimum requirements? No idea what happened? Operating system: Windows 8.1

It is a well known bug of Windows 8.

Update your video card driver from the site of the manufacturer of the GPU (NON-microsoft). If for any reason, you cannot update the video card driver, then go into Photoshop preferences and set GPU "basic" mode and restart Photoshop.

  • Deletion of added text

I opened the paint when you view a picture and added text to the image.  Then, I saved the image.  Now, I want to remove the text.  I can't click on the text box to remove the text.  Someone at - he found a way to remove the text in the paint?

This is because once the file is saved the text in the area is part of the image, it is only a layer separated during the editing session.

Painting is a relative simple image editing tool, save the editing as separate not process or don't create undo functions that survive to the record. Once you do this generate you a complete picture and revised to replace the original, unless you use the function Save as and save it under a different file name.

  • Adding text to PDF using iText instead of CFPDF

In any case, on my question... I'm already add a watermark image to a PDF using iText (CF8) with the help of colleagues poster (= cfSearching =).  I'm looking for is the best way to go about adding text to the same pdf.  I have to add 4 lines of text (with specific font and size) and Center it under the image being added.   Someone at - it a site they could tell me how to add text in the form and how do I get the width of this text to align properly?  I have search Google and watched a lot of JAVA code but be a noob JAVA, it's hard to know exactly what libs and methods you can use to do this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The classes you need are PdfTable and PdfCell

    http://cfsearching.blogspot.com/2008/09/getting-started-with-iText-tables.html

I was curious, I threw together a rough example. It adds the table in a pdfTemplate, then the model adds watermark to each page. The positioning and table dimensions are based on my sample data, so you'll need to tweak the.  Make sure that the dimensions of the model are large enough to accommodate your image and your text. If the dimensions are not large enough, the watermark is perhaps not visible.

simplify the code by putting the watermark text values in a table
    TextElement = [dCompany, dName, dPhone, dEmail];

  • Set the position of the cursor in the text added (to make the part of the text in index) in WORD using Report Generation Toolkit

I would like to generate a report in WORD using the report generation toolkit.

Whenever a text is added to the report, the program should put part of the text index. The problem I am facing with is to set the cursor position in the current location of the text.

    Any suggestions?

    Hello!
I think that's what you wanted (see attachment).

First, you must set position for each loop, so after adding the table, your cursor index need to increase the number of added characters. That's why I have included the text of the report, Append - to get the position of the cursor at the end.

Indexing begins with 0, so you need to set the 3 and 7.

Hope you get what I mean
