  Try to go to the preferences system-> Trackpad-> point & click and disable the "Secondary click" item Or change one option other than water from the tap 2 fingers.

• Disable the feature of switching to tab, when you click on a link

  When I click on certain links particularly in gmail, for example, if I get an email from youtube of a video being downloaded and I click on the video says, firefox opens this link in a new tab, but the problem is that it will automatically switch to this tab that I hate. This happens with the other links that want to open in a new tab for.

  Sorry, I'm distracted by the title of the question.

  You can check the tab bar setting in Options/Preferences > tabs.

  • browser.tabs.loadInBackground (normal links)
  • browser.tabs.loadDivertedInBackground (javascript)

  -> click on the Firefox button, and then click Menu Tools-> Options (or Options )-> tabs panel-> location-> tick on open new window in a new tab instead click OK

  After you download the new file, confirmed that this new file is downloaded correctly? You can use any ftp client and connect to your server to check downloaded files. You can contact your Web host for questions at the end of the server.

  I place the FireFox icon in the dock. When I click to open FireFox it opens two windows both to the homepage.   ryanj4799 You'll need to change the Menu Type of manual in the options of the widget and add you links. Then go in the hyperlinks Panel. Check the option open in a new tab/window.
