  The other day that I woke up literally with a few new text messages that I only found now texting the same people. Apparently, I got these messages, but the envelope icon was always white next to the unread messages.   Lower right corner is a "triangle of 6 points" which allows this window to drag more big. Once more this setting is after the closure of the tab "content" and even after that Firefox is closed and reopened.

Yet, when Thunderbird is opened, it does not show in the pane on the left in bold all new messages in this folder, until I have specifically click this file, and then it downloads messages and shows how many are unread.

  Well, I think that it is up to you to sort your address books, locate and delete duplicates and decide which of your many address books, you want any particular Contact should be stored in.

  There are modules to help with this, but even with this help, it is quite tedious to choose between multiple entries and decide which are most comprehensive and up to date. If duplicates became spontaneously, then you may have something horrible going on, and I will seek to export data, to delete the address book assigned and recreate by importing the exported data.

  In TB38, the Contacts Sidebar has a new option 'All address books' which includes all your address books in a virtual composite book. This simplifies the search for those who do not know or remember what book they were adding a Contact.

  Under "All address books", you should be able to select any single address book and therefore only see the entries in it. Of course, if you have multiple instances of a Contact in an address book, is what you will see. It just presents what it contains.

It contained several groups. Each one is properly listed under the new address book, and they also appear in the new address book. By clicking on any group correctly displays the list of addresses for this group.

  However, if one selects a group and send an e-mail to this group ONLY the group name is displayed in the field and the email fails to send. Looking at the contents of the address field shows only the name of the Group and NOT addresses are included.

  I just discovered by accident how to circumvent the problem of group.

  1. open Thunderbird AddressBook;
  2. Select the desired group;
  3. click on the button "Write" address book.

  This will open a message window with all members of the group listed as beneficiaries.

  I created sync on my computer at home (desktop computer). I then put in place on my iPhone and it worked perfectly - showing me all open tabs, I had the computer at home.

  I just bought a MacBook Pro and want to get all my tabs/Favorites etc on the mac, computer at home. I put a synchronization on mac and coupled the unit and got the message saying that it is synchronized. However, none of my tabs or other data comes through to the mac.

  Does take a number of hours? (I waited all night). I clicked on "Synchronize now" on my mac hoping that would synchronize all of the computer to the main house, but who did not open the tabs either.

  In order to view the tabs on other computers, that you have to go in 'History'-> 'tabs on other computers. Or type "subject: sync-tabs" in the address bar.

  In other words, the tabs that you have in a computer or phone will not show opened in the rest of your devices but they accessed through this menu option.

  Check the image exceptions: Tools > Options > content: Load Images: Exceptions - see the web content, pop-ups, fonts and language settings

  A way to see what images are blocked is to click on the favicon (Site ID icon) on the left side of the address bar.
  Click on the "More information" button opens the Security tab of the "Page Info" window (also accessible via "tools > Page Info").
  Go to the tab Media of this "Page Info" window.
  Select the first image and scroll though the list with the arrow pointing downwards.
  If an image in the list is grayed out and there is a check mark in the box "block Images of..." and remove this mark to unlock the images from this area.

  I just bought an Airtel 4 G model Hotspot(Huawei Mobile Wifi) E 5573. There are 2 ways to connect this model to my macbook pro which is running on EL CAPTAIN 10.11.2

  1. I can connect this modem wifi with the supplied USB cable. In this case the internet arrives on mac and it works well

  2. Another way is to use this modem as a WIFI router. Now for some reason any my laptop does not show this network in the wifi networks list. The network showed on all my other devices such as Iphone, Android, iPhone and Windows pc but not on mac. Surprisingly, it shows on my friends mac but not on mine.
