  I received an email from the so-called [email protected]. He claims that I recently added my address to e-mail from Apple as a conference entitled "rescue e-mail address for...» [my] AppleID. "I don't have such a thing.   It is written as a mail rule, so add it to your ~/Library/Application Scripts/com.apple.mail directory, and then configuration a rule in Mail.app to run this script for incoming mail.

  If I understand correctly, you have difficulties, sending mail from the Mail application in Mac OS.  Looks like you have changed servers in order to send.  I recommend you to read this article, it may be able to help solve the problem.
