If you need to reinstall, you can reinstall the software Apple's MobileMe or install iTunes. The latest version is iTunes 9.1.1.

  You need not MobileMe to sync if that's all you want to do is sync your iPhone.

  Technically they can both be deleted.  For example, your account can be deleted too, if you wish.  You just may not be already connected to it.  If you wanted to see Remove button appears, you will need to restart, and then connect to the other account.

  This could be linked to the UI, DPI problem in 12.5.1.21. If your display is set to something other than 100%, the user interface is really messed up. If you can hold the tiny icons and microscopic text, then set your display to 100%, and the user interface will look 'normal '. This isn't a fix or a resolution, but it is a workaround.

Does not load App Store, iTunes Store does not load, verification for the two-step verification code are never sent.
