  To be more precise, it is not a question of Acrobat 6, having not been tested under Windows 7. We know that it does not work due to changes in the operating system architecture.   I have a computer of the first order, of the video card, ram, a quad core processor. All other video files work fine, but my camera (insignia HD) exports in .avi, and. MOV, and for one of my images in After Effects, I must therefore use other programs to make the video file to another type of file, which considerably hampers my quality, and I just don't have the time to do. I've seen others on the importation of youtube videos. AVI files but for some reason I can't. I mean I can, but it just appears in the thumbnail under white with green sound waves below and playing anything. becomes very frustrating. Ive looked for answers on google but I can not find. What may be a codec problem? Also my. AVI files work very well on programs such as power Director 9 and Windows movie maker. Just not After effects.

  Thanks Dave, I appreciate your help. Wasent necessary, but no worrys sarcasm I see your photo, you're a bit of ancient origin, so I understand. I infact "read the manual" infact it is the first thing I did. It did not help, but then again why would it? for its insignia brand. (cheap as dirt) Anyway, the .avi files are still not working but I went out to. MOV, and it works like a charm solved problem. I appreciate your help.

  On your screenshot of the plug-ins folder MediaCore, the bundle Skeleton.plugin is not created here.  You say that the build succeeds, then the plug-in is built somewhere else.

  In XCode, in the project Navigator, whirlwind, the products folder, Ctrl click the Skeleton.plugin element and choose Show in Finder.  Where is it built?

  Even if you have specified the path in the preferences > locations > derived data > advanced > Custom > products, make sure the menu Custom drop-down is set to Absolute, not to...

  I'm pretty new to Adobe after effects CC 2015. I have a video that is about a minute, everything works as it should when I preview the it. But when I visited, with the right settings, the sound will not be rendered.

  So basically I can hear all the sONFERENCES when I saw it, but when I make it I cannot here any sound at all. I tried to get the sound on Auto and on. But nothing works.

  

  And Yes, some of the mp4 files I use for audio as well, but will not play the file audio mp3 or another. Some would like to help! I've had this problem for a few days now!

  Make sure that Photoshop is closed.

  1 - go to this place C:\Users\user name\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe 2015\AutoRecover CC in Photoshop
