  Many issues of the site can be caused by corrupted cookies or cache. To try to solve these problems, the first step is to clear cookies and cache.
  Note: This will be you temporarily disconnect all sites, you're connected to.
  To clear the cache and cookies to do the following:

  1. Click the menu button

     

     , choose historic, then "Claire recent history...". ».

  2. Under "Time range to clear", select "all".
  3. Now, click the arrow next to details to toggle the active details list.
  4. In the list of details, see the Cache and Cookies and uncheck everything.
  5. Now click on the "Clear now" button

  This is an internal function of OE and it may indicate that you have the message store corruption.  The best thing to do is to backup your messages (see www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#6 and beware: see point 3 also) and then click on file | Identities and setup a new identity.  Then add your e-mail and accounts when they work very well, go to file | Import | Messages to get the messages from the old identity.  Then things back again as OE is well known to destroy the user messages.

  It's probably a compatibility problem with libraries updated PDF vs you desperately old ACAD that cannot be resolved. In any case, I would consider it one of those things to try to attack the problem on the wrong end. All major CAD software have native PDF export these days and same ACAD had at least since v2006...

  Method 1:

  Method 2:

  a. Click Start. Type cmd in the box start the search. Right click on cmd and select run as administrator.

  b. at the command prompt, type the following command and press ENTER:

  ipconfig/flushdns (there is a space between ipconfig and /)

  But what have you tried?

  Have you tried running it in compatibility mode (pretending to be XP for example) or even installation in compatibility mode as well? Also once compatibility is set, if it still does not work try by checking the "run as Administrator" as well.

  If Ive read that right - http://forums.v3.co.uk/showthread.php?t=195482 , I think they say that they got it running.

  But also, what version of windows you are running W7 32-bit or 64-bit? Maybe it's that it is possible to run 32-bit and that you have 64-bit (guess).
