Adobe CC asking me to contact customer support to update
Hello. I tried to update my Adobe Creative cloud of my office application. The update will get a certain way in the installation, and then stops. Now, I have a message telling me to contact customer support. I would like a screen to show you what I mean.

My company is about to buy FrameMaker 12, and I would just get a comparison of plans and their price, as what is shown on this page for Acrobat: Plans and prices | Adobe Acrobat DC. I would like to see the same Info for FrameMaker 12, but I can't.
I started on the page contact customer support, who first asked me to choose a product (FrameMaker). It loaded a page where I select the issue I want to discuss. I clicked on "decide what to buy." Who loads the page 'Upgrade Guide', which describes the features available in the past several versions of FrameMaker (including version 12), but does not list any prices.

Perpetual license:

I tried the method via install CreativeCloudInstaller, it shows no AE in the application list.
It seems that I do not meet the minimum requirement for the installation of AE, my computer is 32-bit instead of 64-bit.
