ADOBE CC - Customer Service fail to resolve my problem (curves) and compensate for them.

I discovered that Adobe Photoshop 2015 CC had a problem with the program

-J' I import my raw image

-Apply the curve

-Curve pen

-Save as a PSD and JPG

-Image on the PSD and JPG file appear with no good hard and curve lines.

I report this problem to the Photoshop customer service, they said, it was a problem to update. I uninstall and reinstall... She still took place. Customer service suggested that I use Photoshop 2014.

I paid over 100 dollars for old hardware? I didn't think it was just... anyway. I waited.

March 4:

I reinstalled 2015 and the black lines were always there.
-J' have customer service message, they acknowledged the problem (bug) and assured me that the problem could be solved on the next update.
-The update for adobe Photoshop was in November... (at this point I'm still paying)

-They recognized this was not my fault and gave me a 30 day extension.


30 days after I requested additional since an extension I was using a lower quality product. They do not allow this. Now, I'm upset.
Not only am I paying full price, I pay for something less.

They referred me to a (top team) B.S. that would respond to my inquiries about the problem...
A came response where I was told that I was unable to get the extension... The end.

What kind of service is that? Still, I have black lines on my jpg files and cannot produce impressions of Adobe Photoshop 2015! I will not be satisfied with something obsolete! What is the point of subscription if I don't get to use the latest software?

I have attached a picture for example, nothing special. It's not supposed to be a hard line on my image, but each image that I recorded with changes product LINES TOUGH! * Note This is a PSD file, but jpg files save and print the same!

If you have a solution... I'm all ears, because the Adobe creative team can't do anything for me and will not compensate for me either.

In addition, as Warunicorn says, check updates of system which may include new graphics drivers.

    -When my subscription with DPC finished I took 'your first month for free' offer with Adobe Stock because it seemed to be the next offers the best for stock photography.

    -In my first month of using this service, I used 10 images available in my subscription and was looking to buy more. Previously using the DPC service you offer you an amount of credits you must add to your subscription (once you monthly allowance was exhausted) and purchase which was fantastic. I use a lot of stock photography, so it is a common place for me. However, after using all the images that is available to me through my subscription to Adobe stock I couldn't add the extra credit in my account and buy only the images one by one. Which would be perfect, but since I am in Australia, I would be charged fees for international transaction for each image purchased on my allowance which for me is crazy and my interaction with the Adobe Stock customer service began...

    -After taking a lot of time to explain my situation to the service representative and still not get anywhere as it seemed like adding extra credit was not a feature that Adobe Stock has the offer, I learned if I had already subscribed to CPD, I was entitled to a reduced monthly subscription. As I had signed Adobe stock with another email address of my CPD membership this offer has been applied to my account.

    -J' expressly asked, if I was able to transfer my account using the same login as my former DPC subscription to take advantage of this offer and we told him 'NO,' I have to create a new account based on the same login as the old DPC members and cancel my existing subscription. I also specifically asked that I stay a client Adobe stock I undertake any kind of cancellation fees? I was told 'NO '.

    -So, I did as suggested, created a new Adobe Stock subscription based on the same as my old and weak DPC membership login and behold, I could enjoy a lower monthly subscription. fantastic news.

    If someone, anyone... could you please help me with this issue, it would be greatly appreciated. Being able to talk to someone who has made a greater understanding of the services associated with this feature of Adobe products would be amazing. I realize that it may not be the fault of representatives for customer service but outsourcing Adobe Stock that their call centre in India is really not useful that just does not seem to have any understanding of ther product other than scripted information they have before them. I'd be happy to wait as long as it took just to talk to someone who had a real understanding of my issue and eventually get some sort of resolution.

    Help, please. It comes from really should be a very simple thing to fix.

    If your card has been used fraudulently to subscribe, you should be able to get the charges reversed with your credit card company. Not to defend the whole Adobe Customer Service, but in this case Adobe has no way to tell if it is a fraudulent use.

    I manage the licenses for a local public body, last March, I needed to purchase subscriptions of Photoshop on behalf of my colleagues - they have received funding to pay for 2 years paid for 2 users. I ordered 2 subscriptions directly with Adobe and, after a few issues quickly resolved with the agreement of VIP, my users were running (actually that one user, as else the subscription has never been used).

    In November, my existing user wanted to update their Photoshop to the full Suite of creative Cloud and needing another Acrobat and InDesign user. I approached my LAR usual for a quote and given our VIP number, only to be told that the number belonged to an agreement for the Commercial market sector, not the Government. Note that fresh Adobe less under Government that under Commercial, so I paid more than I should have and I thought it is more equitable for Adobe to refund the difference and convert the above agreement or cancel it and put in place a new. I was not asking for a full refund (including the yet unassigned Photoshop), just the extra we should never have been charged.

    Because I couldn't quickly a solution through the Adobe customer service team, and my attempts to contact the seller who handled the initial order has not responded, my LAR put in place a new agreement of VIP under the Government sector and sold me the required subscriptions.

    I turn now to the end of the first year of the initial agreement and despite several attempts by me to get a resolution from Adobe (usually ending with "I'll call you back" - who never happened), I just got an email telling me my case has been resolved and closed.

    Is there anyone or anyone can help me before I have to send the question to our Legal Department?

    Can you please help me understand why when I call your customer service about the pricing and digital publishing suite that not a single soul in this building knows something about products within the company they work.  It's absolutely ridiculous.

    Since the "new pricing" came into force... we were always having charged at the old rate. We tried to get this rectified with someone at Adobe, but of course you make it impossible to actually talk to someone in North America.

    We have an invoice number, an order number, number, customer number on contracts, to charge the number...

    all these numbers but still... no phone number to actually talk to someone to answer questions about the billing. It is even not a phone number on the invoice that you send me.


    You should be ashamed.

    You call the customer service number? The line of support in company (formerly named gold) is on the first page of the DPS dashboard? Or the General line of Adobe support?

  • Any ideas on how to actually get the Adobe customer service? My order will not achieve, and nobody will help me.

    I ordered Acrobat DC Pro student 11 days earlier by phone, the sales representative said I would not need to present evidence since I used my school email as my user name for connection. I have connect a few days later to download and install Adobe, said my order is still in treatment, could take 24 hours to check. Yet a few days later, I get an email saying that I need to connect and click on the link 'Submit the evidence' to complete my order. He does not and never has been a link 'Submit proof' anywhere on any of my account pages, so I try using online chat and I wait more than 20 minutes, no response, the next day I call technical support, as the sales rep told me to do if I had problems, he told me to use aid to chat online and says goodbye! Does anyone else have this level of difficulty to get this software? If anyone has any ideas, I would be grateful for help with what to do next, in addition to calling my credit card company and stopping payment to Adobe.

    Yay well, after an hour of waiting for support, I finally got it.

    Will be held on 1 and the last under pretty I never give to Adobe.

    Support officer was very helpful, but the other 11 days of aggravation and ineptitude on the part of Adobe won't forget anytime soon.

    OK, so my mom is unable to log on to his profile on Windows XP Home Edition. She has both the administrator account. When she tries to connect, you will see the above error message. My brother can log into his account without problem.

    My mother told me that she had initially gone on ITunes and downloaded 3 things that the program said she needed. When she went to reboot his computer according to the instructions, she received this error message and cannot connect.

    Looks like the user profile is damaged.  To allow for the recovery, you will need to log in with an administrator account.  If your MOM was the only administrator account, try starting mode safe mode (F8 at startup) and log in as user 'administrator '.  The default value is the empty password.  After that, follow the steps in the following article:

    I just got a new 13 inch MBP retina, first version of 2015. After migrating my old apps of my mid-2009 MBP, I noticed that iMovie and GarageBand still run older versions (version 8 iMovie and GarageBand 9). When I go to the App Store to download the new versions it is load $14,99 for iMovie and $4.99 for GarageBand. I thought that these applications are free, when I got the computer. I thought that maybe it's because I still have the old version installed, and that's why it charges me. So I deleted iMovie, but the App Store is still charging the same price. Now I can't get back my old version of iMovie because there is no option put back in the trash. How can I get the latest iMovie and GarageBand for free?

    Only the versions shipped with the computer originally are free.  You can probably re-download delivered software using the Mac App Store application on your computer. If you want more recent versions, you will have to pay for them.

    Today, I was contacted by phone by the Customer Service, but as I drove I couldn't speak for them, so I told them to call later, but they did not. I want to talk to them because they ask about my satisfaction with warranty and service of the company which has been repair the laptop for me. Well after further review, I realied, I wasn't.
    The technician at the SWISS society as I have my laptop broke a speaker and the laptop is now almost a month here instead of top of 12 days, which I was insured.
    There was no computer I offerd while mine was being repaired, to do my thing, checking emails and so on.

    In this way, I want to ask for the officail Toshiba Service customer for the Slovakia, and I want the operator to call me again.

    A number or an e-mail address would be great because I can't google them out.

    Someone had a bit of luck with the Stock of Adobe customer service.  I never had those frustrating discussions with after-sales service.  I thought that my cable provider was bad, but Adobe takes Customer Service SAID to a new level.  This will make a great Blogg for dissatisfied customers.

    Sounds like you are trying to install with the ORIGINAL serial number provided with your product rather than the NEW one with the download.

    Adobe do support the last two versions (10 and 11) so if they have knowledge of 7 at all it's just a lucky accident...!

    Furthermore, I hope that you install on an old computer to Windows XP, because you won't get far in Windows 7 or Windows 8 with this version...
