Adobe ID login does not work with Mozilla SeaMonkey

Having not open session for many years it was not surprised to find that I had forgotten my password. But it turned out to be more complicated, with my favorite Mozilla SeaMonkey browser I couldn't get past the "reset password"... or subsequently login. I get a file sent me called create_account.do or login.do and SeaMonkey does not know what to do with this...

I appreciate that this section of the forum is not the functioning of the Adobe forum web site, but perhaps... as this forum cares about the kind of browser compatibility... this problem could be sent to higher authorities by someone...

I use Mozilla Firefox as my default browser.  But some parts of the Adobe site do not perform as they should with the ad blocking and other active modules.

My first suggestion is to disable the ad blocking and any other optional modules you can have work in the sea Monkey.

My second and only other suggestion is to spend on the Google Chrome browser.  When the going gets tough, Chrome usually works when all other browsers don't.

    I'm on a Mac and I need Acrobat XI as DC does not work with the plugins that I use at work. We have a subscription to the CC.
