  If the problem persists, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling adobe.

  You can try to uninstall all older versions, Adobe Acrobat , and see if the problem is resolved. Uninstall earlier versions of the application and then install the version you want. If multiple versions of Adobe Reader are installed on the system, remove all versions and install only one version.
  To do this, follow these steps:
  1. click on Start, type Appwiz.cpl in the Start Search box, and then click Appwiz.cpl in the list of found files.
  2. double-click on the version of Acrobat or reader you want to uninstall.
  3. click on Yes if you are prompted to confirm that you want to uninstall the program.
  Note If you are prompted to confirm that you want to run the program, click on allow.
  4. click Yes to restart the computer.

  You can always buy CS6 for a lump sum. It is not updated, but is still supported.

• Add the signature to the model which will be signed in Adobe e-Sign excel

  I use the same Microsoft Excel form over and over again.  Once I have the excel form, I repeatedly put my signature and the signature of the tenant and the initials in the same places with e-sign each time.  Is it possible to automate where my signature and the signature of the tenant go without having to drag in the same spot every time?  I use excel, because I have formulas that I use.  I also get to transfer duplicate information, like their name to all forms once he entered the first form.  Thanks for your help.

  According to the scenario above, my recommendation would be to use tags to text which can be written in the spreadsheet itself and once download you, the form fields are automatically created. Here is the link to the help documentation:

• Adobe Javascript from Excel VBA

  I have some have little experience with VBA Excel and Adobe Javascript separately, but I never tried to put it together. I'm quite baffled by the use of 'DoJavaScript' from in Excel VBA. I have a number of JavaScripts Illustrator that do various tasks (for the most part, measure and set properties on illustrator objects to determine geometric measures). I wanted to run these scripts from Excel VBA (they run smoothly when it is called directly in Illustrator). My hope was to spend some real numbers of VBA in the JavaScript code before we ran to set some performance parameters and get some real numbers back out the JavaScript in VBA. I can't get even the simple DoJavaScript given command in Adobe VBscript reference to run. Read other messages that seem somewhat related that it is unclear if I hurt something very simple, or if my understanding of the use of the DoJavaScript command is incorrect. Is anyone able to shed some light on this?

  My last try was this simple test... almost directly from the reference from Adobe:

• Acrobat Adobe Pro XI & Excel 2013

  First of all, the Adobe Acrobat XI Pro is fully compatible with Office 2013?  I downloaded the trial version but it does not Excel in a supported format.  With my old version (9) I could choose a group of Excel spreadsheets and then right-click and choose "combine taken supported files in Acrobat"; the only option I get with this new version (and my new version of Excel) is "convert to Adobe PDF"; This will create a separate pdf file for each worksheet that I chose.

  A note: I have been using Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro with Excel 2007.  I upgraded to Excel 2013 and tried to use Adobe Acrobat 9 with her but she was not working properly so I thought I would test AA Pro XI; I have the same problems with it.

  I hope someone can help me because I use this program a lot to create large files containing of many Excel spreadsheets!

  My form is intended to collect customer information (name, address, title, etc.).  I have a transmission that when you press the button, automatically send the completed form to a designated person.

  My question is: when I click the button submit, can I also have the information contained in the form automatically fill in an Excel spreadsheet?

  I know how to export the data using forms/manage form data and export the data.

  If the Excel worksheet is defined as a local ODBC resource, then there

  possible to write a script that fills with data from the PDF file,

  but it's quite complex and only works in Acrobat version 9 or

  earlier. Next to this it is not a way to automatically fill a

  existing Excel file.

• Lost Adobe tab in Excel

  I pointed out and defined in excel print area and went to convert to PDF. He had this pop up saying "searching for links" (which incidentally, there wasn't any of the hyperlinks on the worksheet) and he stayed just in this window for more than 15 minutes. I stppoed working and when I did, I lost my adobe tab at the top of excel. I have tab office, Word... all other programs offfice, but not Excel. I tried the com any further and re started but it didn't work.

  Depends on the version of OFFICE, but there is usually a toolbar option that must be activated. You still have the Adobe menu?

  Also, if you do not need the extra stuff in a PDF document, just print to the printer Adobe PDF and you'll generally have a smaller file. There are cases where the tabs and all are required - these are the times to use PDF Maker.

  Before the recent update, 19.0, I google something and see [PDF] next to a link. I click the Center button to open it in a new tab. Firefox might download the file and open it with Adobe Reader. I like this.

  With the new update 19.0, the pdf file would open in the new tab. I have to down load it and then open it in Adobe. I don't like this.

  Generally when opening attachments, open them in Word, but mine began opening is Excel.  Does anyone know how to fix this?

  Create a file association.

  1. download and save the attachment to the office.
  2. right click on the saved file.
  3. Select: Open with on the shortcut menu.
  4. click on: choose [default] program.
  5. Select: MS Word.
  6. check: always use the selected program to open this type of file.
  7. click on OK.

  This should allow you to open these attachments directly from email address now.

• Anyone know how to display two Windows Adobe instead of two tabs?

  I need to compare two PDFs side by side and I used to be able to open two windows of Adobe, but now I can't get to open PDF files in tabs, I can't see them at the same time. Is there a setting I'm missing?

  I don't want a program to compare - I need to make the comparison, but I have to be able to see them side by side. Tile the windows does not work (since it's a window with several tabs). There is no 'new window' option in the menu of the cmd + N window does nothing. And I don't want to use a different program because it is for the work (freelancing) and Adobe is the most common and easiest program for me to grasp the comments and changes.

  I'm on a Mac of Yosemite.

  Deselect the preference of the next user: Acrobat > Preferences > General > open documents as tabs in the same window (requires restart)

  If you subscribe to the complete package Cloud then you also have access to CS6 programs by it as well as updates to the latest versions for the duration of your subscription.

  If you want to own the software rather than rent it, you probably want to buy CS6.
