  I installed presets for Prores in Adobe Media Encoder.  Follow the instructions to import the Media Encoder presets.  But when I go to transcode in prelude I don't see these options.

  I have had no trouble to create a setting preset in Adobe Media Encoder and have it appear in Adobe prelude. Please try this: Ingesting media clips

  I do not know the legacy presets, that you try to download are actually functional in the current versions of Adobe applications, or not. I guess not. If they do not appear, you can seek to create new ones, as described in the help.

  How is you video deinterlacing using Adobe Media Encoder CS4? In CS3, there are deinterlacing checkbox in the video output tab but there is not one in CS4?
  
  I use 29.97 FPS 720 x 486 interlace SD images edit and export the final product Flash flv.

  Deinterlacing is now automatically applied if the source and destination are different according to their order of the frames is concerned. In other words:

  • Source--> destination interlaced interlaced = no deinterlacing
  • Progressive source--> progressive destination = no deinterlacing
  • Source interlaced--> progressive destination = automatic deinterlacing

  The order of the fields in the output setting option determines if deinterlacing is applied. Don't forget to check the 'Quality to make Maximum usage' option in the menu. It will take 4 to 5 times more time to make, but with better results.

  Go to:

  C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Media encode CS6

  remove the amtlib.dll

  Reach:

  C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Premiere Pro CS6

  amtlib.dll copy from there to:

  C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Media encode CS6

  If you are using 32-bit versions or earlier version CS6 then choose the correct folders for your case.

• Adobe Media Encoder shows do not export first

  When put on hold the videos of the first to open in Adobe Media Encoder (SOUL), SOUL opens automatically, but nothing appears inside the SOUL.

  Try this:

  Go to the following locations:

  1 location: In the Finder, click go > go to folder > ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe

  Situation 2: Go > go to folder > ~/Library/Preferences/Adobe

  Location 3: Documents > Adobe

  Everywhere, rename the folders 'Adobe' to 'OldAdobe '.

  Launch the first, accept the license agreement and see if it works.

  Note: You will lose your customized workspaces and keyboard shortcuts.

  Import your project into a new project from Premiere Pro and he queued for export to Adobe Media Encoder.

  Check to see if that makes a difference.

• Media Encoder CC will not install with PPCC on Mac OS 10.9

  After many tests after update to the Mavericks to install Media Encoder CC, there not every time. When trying to make projects in first Pro CC a screen will appear that says I use an older version of Media Encoder and need to update so I'll update and is says I have the latest version. I also have Media Encoder CS6 installed on the Mac which appears under Applications but MECC does not work. So, I tried about three times to unistall that first Pro CC via the CC cleaning tool and reinstall, MECC still does not appear. Any thoughts?

  What Adobe CC applications you have on your system?  If you have more first Pro CC, it would be a good try all uninstall them first before reinstalling.  Adobe Media Encoder is packaged in several applications as the first Adobe AfterEffects, prelude, Flash and InDesign.  You may need to uninstall all applications that harnesses SOUL.  Also, when you uninstall, could you uninstall via Windows 'Programs and features', rather than use the CC cleaning tool and see if it helps?

• Windows Media Player 11 will not play video

  Windows Media Player 11 will not play DVD-video or video files from a SD card.  I tried several update codec options, but none were successful, including the option offered by Microsoft (http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/download/AllDownloads.aspx?displang=en).  Windows tells me that a more recent update has been installed and refuses to go forward.

  ·         You receive an error message or error code?

  ·         What is the type of file you are trying to play?

  ·         The DVD I get recognized by the computer?

  ·         Did you do changes on the computer before the show?

  In the meantime, you can try to reduce hardware acceleration, and see if it resolves the problem. (Only if your video card supports hardware acceleration)

  a. open the screen resolution by clicking on the Start button, click Control Panel, and then under appearance and personalization, click adjust screen resolution.

  b. click on settings Advanced , the Troubleshooting tab and then click change settings.

  c. move the hardware acceleration slider toward none to reduce or turn off video hardware acceleration.

  d. click OKand then click restart now.

• Adobe Media Encoder CC does not open

  I use an iMac with OS X 10.9.5 2014.

  Everytime I try and open Adobe Media Encoder it starts loading and then open it I get an error message: Adobe Media Encoder has encountered an unexpected error and cannot continue.

  I tried to uninstall and reinstall a couple of times but without success. This is the first time using the program so it has never been opened successfully before.

  Can anyone help?

• Adobe Media Encoder CS4?

  Hello,

  I'm trying to export a project from first pro cs4 via media encoder.  I have my project stored on my D drive info, media encoder says that the source of the info is on the C drive.  I can't understand how to change the source of the Media Encoder files, all settings in first pro show, it is stored on drive D.  Any ideas?

• Media encode CC will not import a JPEG sequence to the queue

  I use Media Encoder CC 7.2.2.29 (64-bit) on OSX 10.9.4.

  I have a JPEG GoPro timelapse images sΘquence sequence I want to encode in a video clip. All files have an extension .jpg. They are 4000 x 3000 and a RGB color space. The color profile is SRGB IEC61966-21. All images are 3.9 MB.

  Help me I have to do the following.

  • To add a sequence of images, choose file > add a Source. In the open dialog box, select the first file in the sequence of images. Check the box to import sequence for your file type, and then click the Open button.

  I follow the instructions and select the first image in the sequence. The 'JPEG file Sequence' box is active and I check and click on the Open button. The dialog box disappears and nothing happens. There are no warnings.

  How do you get the JPEG sequences to import to queue?

  Can you import the sequence in the first and then export it? Have never tried direct sequence import soul myself, but never had a problem with the first.

• Adobe Media Encoder "extends" my original size video

  When I export a XDCAM HD422 file (such as a, .mxf) who put on the scale or aspected sequences SD on the timeline using Media Encoder it changes the aspect or develops the images is a bit out of the box. If I have a mask on the timeline, it is shifted to the right. None of these problems occur if I do not use Media Encoder. Does anyone have a solution for this... or a workaround?

  Please try to disable the 'import of the sequences in native mode' on the general tab of the dialog box Preferences of SOUL. Then close & restart SOUL and check that the new setting has been saved. (I've heard a few reports of coming back it to 'on'.) Now try queuing your SOUL sequence and see if the problem persists.

• Media Encoder 20141 will not only

  Since the recent update for Media Encoder 20141 and Yosemite media encoder won't first sequences.  Here's what I do.

  Opening Media encode

  Add the first Pro sequence

  Click rendering

  ... Nothing happens, it gives me the ability to stop, but never really put under construction.

  I can't exit the application.  I have to force quit.

  When I export first and choose Add to media encode that nothing happens.  Encoder Media starts, but I have to force quit.

  First export works very well.

  Try to disable "Import of the sequences in native mode" in the preferences of the SOUL.

• Adobe Media Encoder CS4, convert flv mp4 - seriously adrift sync

  (Not sure this is the right forum for it - I don't see a forum for SOUL but it is used in conjunction with Flash)

  I tried to convert a 02:54 mp4 to FLV, and when I am in fact, when you play the resulting flv file it tells me that it is now 03:37. Of course the audio runs at 02:54 so I have half a minute of silence.

  The mp4 was ripped from DVD with the brake hand.

  I tried to convert using a couple of different presets and get the same result. I can't seem to find any sort of option ' keep locked audio video "in SOUL CS4.

  It is perhaps a matter of frame rate? I don't know how to determine the frame rate of the original, but the DVD is a burn of the home video, which produces video - American format. So probably 29.97?

  Yes, it seems that Youtube now offers only mp4 download.  I checked at Viddler, and when I upload a video, the download option is flv.

Several tests have shown that's not true. -I uninstalled the program using the cleaner the Creative Suite from Adobe and reinstalled with the original DVD, recorded. Several tests failed (the antivirus and firewall are inactivated). I keep getting the same message. -L'adobe Encore CS4, included in the first, however, seems to work normally. But the Adobe Media Encoder CS4 does not work as well. The following message (miraculously in German and translated by me): the product, starting point

  program antivirus (Kaspersky) and the firewall (Windows 7, Kaspersky). I have

  had made a first try and I forgot to do this inactivation. First is not

  properly install and I got a message which suggests a

• Adobe Media Encoder CS5.5 does not start even

  So here I am at J5 of the complete installation of CS5.5 (after the trial period, during which all worked fine) and every day there was a new challenge. Today, Adobe Media Encoder simply does not work. Not trying to do an export of the body and not only by himself, either. I get a screen to start for a few seconds, then it goes away and I get notification that it has stopped working. System restart has not cured it. This isn't a game-stopper, inasmuchas I can still import a sequence of the organism to After Effects and export from there. But certainly, I would use the TEA. I also tried to use the "Export" button in the window of the Organization export settings. Fortunately, it also works.

  My first instinct was to try an uninstall / reinstall of SOUL, but I found that uninstalling SOUL is not an option. I'm guessing that this is part of another application, eventually the body, but I don't know.

  What do you say?

  I had a problem with Media Encoder smoking during startup and the problem was corrupted preferences.   I remember well, it's that there is a key that you can press and hold while starting Media Encoder (maybe the Alt key) which will put it on and reset all proferences.   This cured my problem.  Hope you also helps.
