  Please try to rename the "HP Photosmart Premium C410 series Fax' in 'PS C410 Fax. You can substitute:

  Open "printers".

  Click with the right button on the HP Photosmart Premium Fax C410 series and selecting rename

  If it still loads the fax when you printer here are a few steps that we can try.

  Go to your pictures folder.

  Click on any image in there.

  Click file and Get Info.

  In the Info window, click the arrow to open with:

  Select PSE 8 as the default and click on change all the. You will be asked if you are sure, click Yes.

  Therefore, anytime your double click a photo in your files Panel that it will open in PSE 8 for editing.

  A caviat:

  When you double-click on an image of the same type outside of DW, it will also open PSE 8 for editing.

  To work around this problem, right-click on the image and choose open with > overview

  PSE12 cannot be updated to the required version of ACR, 8.2, you need PSE13.

  No, you pushed PES 11 up to the limit. You could move on to PSE 13, or you can download the free adobe dng converter and use it to make the DNG files that your version of ACR can understand.
