  Have you tried running it in compatibility mode (pretending to be XP for example) or even installation in compatibility mode as well? Also once compatibility is set, if it still does not work try by checking the "run as Administrator" as well.

  If Ive read that right - http://forums.v3.co.uk/showthread.php?t=195482 , I think they say that they got it running.

  But also, what version of windows you are running W7 32-bit or 64-bit? Maybe it's that it is possible to run 32-bit and that you have 64-bit (guess).

• Clipping mask will not work on PDF or print

  I have a file which has applied a clipping mask. When sent to print or read in PDF format the clipping mask does not work.

  Here is a screenshot of the version I, then the PDF file (and which appears also when printing).

  Someone saw of what causes it and how it can be fixed?

  

  

  It resembles a well-organized file, but if you go in the tracks mode it looks like a file of hell :-)

  The problem seems to be caused by clipping masks which are made from a unique anchor point.

  Unlock all layers. Choose the command selection > objects > stray Points and remove them.

  The features of problem will become visible, as well as in Acrobat.

  My HP Photosmart Premium C410 works with all my apps except Adobe Photoshop Elements 9 - what is optimal for imaging program!  The printer is defintely selected by default.  However, there are two options available on the page 'print' of the EP, and they are very close - which may indicate a problem.  First on the drop-down list is "HP Photosmart Prem C410 series fax", while the second (which I chose it) is "HP Photosmart prem C410 series.  Whenever I try to print from PES, it starts the fax process...!  Someone at - it ideas - all advice gratefully received.

  Please try to rename the "HP Photosmart Premium C410 series Fax' in 'PS C410 Fax. You can substitute:

  Open "printers".

  Click with the right button on the HP Photosmart Premium Fax C410 series and selecting rename

  If it still loads the fax when you printer here are a few steps that we can try.

  Have you tried to screw up the Photoshop preferences.

  Steps to follow:

  To re-create the Photoshop preferences files, start the application while pressing Ctrl + Alt + Shift (Windows) or command + Option + shift (Mac OS). Then, click Yes to the message, "Delete the Adobe Photoshop settings file?"

  They are programs listed, but not open.    Re-install does not help.   I create a Word document by deleting the text of an already existing and working on it.   Elements worked for a few months, then stopped.   Both were bought from sources in good faith.   I also have CS4, which is fine.

  I have deployed the whole package (created with lance-CCP) compared to clouds to connect on a couple of workstations XP SP3. I can start all applications except Photoshop cs6. It displays a message on my windows xp I need windows 7 to run it. Why? I have thougt that CS 6 were supported on XP. I had a photoshop cs 6 standalone package license that worked. Is this a different version? Is there a solution?

  I have a permit through my (included in my tuition) school student to use Adobe CC. Last year I installed it on my old laptop, no problem. Recently my old laptop to summer send me questions, and I got a new (Macbook Pro OSX Yosemite 10.10.4).

  This year, I was sent a link to Exchange my licence to student with a redemption code. Whenever I enter the code, I get the message ' Oops! This code has already been used. "I uninstalled and disconnected CC Adobe on my old laptop - so why is - what happens? How can I install CC on my new laptop computer? When I try to install the CC apps individually, the site wants to charge me - but I've already paid for it! Help!
