Adobe Reader Pro's work in an environment in offline mode?

Hello

I searched this forum for my response, but I have not found an exact answer to my question:

Adobe Reader Pro. can operate in an environment in offline mode? I do not mean its installation file which must be downloaded. My question is if this software will work without any connection to the Internet? This issue comes up after trying to work in Adobe Reader Pro in a computer without an Internet connection, and it did not work. I mean the full purchased version, of course.

Thank you very much

Ohad

To find or buy you the exact name of the product, there are no Adobe Reader Pro. Adobe Reader is free, Acrobat Reader is free; Acrobat Pro is the paid for the product. The current version is ms, MS Pro Acrobat. According to me, that he needs to activate Internet and from time to time to check the license, at least for the commercial version.

  • Free Adobe Reader does not work after the expiry of the trial creative cloud. Why?

My installed Adobe Reader suddenly stopped working after the expiration of my cloud creative 30-day trial.

Whenever I try to open a PDF (those created before and during my trial), all I get is a pop up window telling me that my Adobe Pro XI trial is over, I want to buy it.  Well, Yes, my trial ended, but what of my previous Adobe Reader which should allow me to read my PDF files?

I tried to download a new version of the XI free Adobe Reader, assuming that the expiry of the trial removed somehow my previous copy, but I was warned that I still have the XI player installed...?  So, if it is still installed on my computer, why can't I read PDF, like I did before my trial creative cloud...?

Open Adobe Reader | Change | Preferences | General: click on select Default Handler of PDF and set it to Adobe Reader.

You must also uninstall the trial of creative cloud of your system.

  • Adobe Reader has stopped working, all the solutions?

I'm having a problem with Adobe reader X.

I open the program and it works normally, nothing to report.

Whenever I close the program I get the error message "Adobe Reader has stopped working)

    all ideas/solutions for this situation?

It worked for me on Win7 Pro 64-bit:

    Open Adobe Reader X (10.1.1)

    Edit... Preferences... General...

Uncheck 'enable protected startup mode '.

    Close and restart.

I use Symantec AV, I can easily believe it's an irritating inconsistency between what Adobe is trying to do and what Symantec is trying to do.

My computer is running Vista and a few days ago my Adobe Reader launch is no longer.  If I click on the drive icon or try to open a pdf file all I get is a message "Adobe Reader has stopped working".  On the other hand, the program works in safe mode.  I tried to uninstall/reinstall and even a restoration of the system among other things.  Met someone with something like that, and if so, what is the difficulty?  Thank you.

    • You can open Adobe Reader by itself?  If so, try to disable the Protected Mode [Edit |] Preferences | (Improved) security].
    • If Reader opens in itself, try to disable the Safe_mode in the registry; Download, unzip, then run the attached registry script
    • It might even be a malware problem; See http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/reader-core-dll-error.html

  • Problem with virtualized Adobe Reader Pro!

We have virtualized Adobe Reader Pro with MS application virtualized 5.0 10.0.  Users are facing problem to open the pdf with adobe virtualized write protected although they can open pdf normal with the same virtualized adobe. Advice we might consider this problem - in the way of what is happening in the back-end when opening a document write protected? Also Adobe has any policy when it comes to virtualization?

Adobe Reader 11.0.1 and later are the only supported versions of Adobe Reader which are currently supported.

    14.1.3 system requirements

The Adobe Reader XI for App - V Deployment Kit requires the following:

    • Microsoft Application Virtualization 4.6 SP2 version.
    • An installer complete Player 11.x for all languages. The Package Accelerator is only available for the MUI installation program.
    • The product system requirements.
  • "Adobe Reader has stopped working" error message

Now, I get "Adobe Reader has stopped working" error message every time I open a PDF, image below. I don't know why this is happening, I had installed it for some time. I also uninstalled Adobe Reader and installed again and it still happens. Help, please!

Additional information - the PDF opens in fact, and I can see the document for a matter of seconds, after which the error message is displayed. Which is very annoying, because it looks like it works (in this sense, it will open the PDF) but then the error message is displayed.

Any suggestions on what I should do would be most appreciated, thanks in advance.

  • Adobe Reader doesn't work...

At the Adobe CS Suite. Worked fine for 3 years then suddenly Adobe Reader stops working. I have uninstall then restart and reinstall Adobe Acrobat X Pro with CD by entering the serial number to activate. It still works very well but hard exactly a month to the day and then stops working and must once again. Stress, I'm not clicking "subscription" or "trial" to reinstall but using the serial number option. All other programs work very well.

    Hi mattj,.

Looks like it is Acrobat X, not player, that you are having problems with, is that correct? Please take a look at this document and see if it hits the mark: does not start after 30 days. Installed as part of a suite CS6.

If the solutions in this document do not resolve the problem, please let us know.

    Best,

    Sara

  • (Problem with the arrows) Adobe Reader is not working properly

I have problem with the Adobe Reader plug-in. When I have a tab open with the pdf file, my arrows do not work in other tabs in firefox, only in this tab where it is the open pdf file. Also, I noticed that when you try to use the arrows in the other cards, they are working on a pdf file.

I am tempted to uninstall and reinstall Adobe Reader, but it does not work. Help, please.

I solved the problem reinstalling Firefox, because when I turned off Macromedia my pdf file still worked, but the arrows didn't always work. I think it was a problem with the plugin from adobe.
