  You must install Office 2011, if you can find it, or get a subscription of $99 / year to 2016 from Microsoft Office. Individual applications can be downloaded freely. If you do not have a subscription, then they operate in trial mode.

  I can't get this to print.  It will show the page after page, a single line of gibberish for a simple print request.  The machine is a new macbook air with 10.9.4 IMac w/10.6 wife print wireless with no problems.  As does my son 7 windows-powered PC.  So I don't know where to turn.  I already did a reload of the pilot with the same results.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  Since it can print on other computers, have you tried another connection on this 10.9.4 computer? I just want to see if that makes a difference. You can try to use a USB cable to check if you are receiving the same question. If you do not, then you know that something is interfering with the wireless connection.   Hi all, I'd be grateful for advice please as I'm going round in circles with this for days now.

  I would like to use Photoshop on my new MacBook Air, but I don't want to pay a monthly fee. I have a registered version of CS4 on my old machine, with the serial number, but I do not see how to install it on the Air without going into the CC - I really want to pay a monthly fee to use a product that I already paid for.

  So, my question is, are at - it an older version of the trial of the PS that I could download for Air and then upgrade? Obviously I can not put the original disc as there is no drive. Each trial download that I found so far installed PS CC.

  To be honest I'm not sure what the rule was with CS4, certainly today you are allowed to have Photoshop on both machines, but that might not always have been the case. In any case, you can test. Do not turn off on the old machine and try to install on the new. If he accepts your serial number, then you know it's possible, if not then you will need to disable it on your old Mac. I tend to think that for some people, CS4 is all they will ever need, but like you said there is no route update to CS5 now. The big problem with older versions is sure that they will not work with the new operating systems, more true for Mac and Windows, and also because that Camera Raw is not updated they need Adobe's DNG Converter to work with the latest cameras. Photographic membership is good value for the money, but not if you've spent $1000 in the course Photoshop purchase. Not much I can say really, but it's business.

  But as there is no slot CD I can't install CS 5.

  If I insert my "Seriennummer" it tells me that is not valid.

  It is rather urgent for me because I need the program for my applications.

• Help, please!   Nothing WORKS loading Acrobat Pro XI on the new MacBook Air

  I have a new MacBook Air.  I transferred all the files of old Macbook Air, including Acrobat Pro XI.  It does not work.   I bought Acrobat Pro XI on 18 February 2015.  I still have the email and the link for the download.  The link will only now in Acrobat Pro DC.  I discovered that with the code I have for Acrobat Pro XI, I could get a free upgrade.  OK, I downloaded Acrobat Pro DC and entered my key - that should work, especially if the upgrade is free, right?  EVIL.  He said that the key is not valid.  It IS valid for XI Pro because I have it on my old MacBook Air.  I went back and found the .dmg file that I downloaded originally to install Acrobat Pro XI.  Of course, who does not work on my new computer is - says it is not valid.

  Someone else in Adobe on this forum gave me links to the windows that obviously do not work on my Mac.  I simply cannot change computers?  What kind of racket is Acrobat?  Please, someone help.  I tried to solve this problem ALL DAY.

  I'm just screwed?  Is this really how Acrobat treats its customers?

  I recently bought a new Macbook Air. My other computer is a Mac Mini - and I have a purchased version (and licence) of Adobe Web Premium on this machine. I want to put this software on my new laptop - which does not have a CD/DVD drive.

  I went to my Adobe account to view orders history - but there is nothing there. In my products, my license appears - but I can't figure out how to download it on my laptop.

  If anyone can help with this? I don't understand why this product is not showing in my order history. I bought it in November 2010.

  I'm pretty new to the Macbook, but not to Apple itself. Yesterday, I bought a Macbook Air and I tried to connect to Apple ID using iTunes, App Store (even downloaded the update and I tried to log in when you try to install it) and FaceTime, iMessage and each time, after entering my information correctly, it sticks on the page connect and won't let me log on. When I enter the wrong details, it signals that immediately. I tried to change my password to my account but I think that this is a system error. I also tried to create another Admin account and connection that. Nothing seems to work!

  Any suggestions?

This leads to several minutes, verify that my time zone and the region settings were set to automatic and correct, then asks me to restart the computer using safe mode. I restarted mode safe mode and still nothing worked. So now, I scheduled an appointment with the support team. It is a ridiculous experience for my first day on this computer. I am 100% positive that this is not a bad password, because I am able to use the same password on iCloud.com and some services. However I can't implement Keychain, Messages, App Store, etc.

  Yes, it's normal.  On operating systems newer, the OSX tries to use as much RAM is available for maximum efficiency.

  The new setting is the PRESSURE.  If it's Green, everything is good.  If she turns to orange or red, then there may be issues that need to be addressed.

  If you got less than a month ago, it is still under warranty of 90 days (I think), so take it back to the Apple Store you got OR no matter what Apple Store close to you if you bought it online.
