Advantage of ink HP deskjet 2545: My HP deskjet ink advantage 2545 printer not scanning
Please, I got my printer a few days ago. It prints without any problem, but it is not the scanner. When I click on "scan a document or photo" in HP printer not great companion... absolutely nothing happens. I tried to uninstall the printer software and reinstall its still the same issue. Please I need urgent help because I got the product mainly to analyze things. Thank you

I just finished setting up a new printer 4645 and it seems to work OK, but it fails to connect to my WiFi router. As a first step, it shows a list of networks, I would choose my SSID and asked a password. After typing the password for WiFi it is impossible to connect. I tried several times without success. MAC filtering is disabled. Later I turned on the printer power off and ack and retried the process again, but now, it would be not to display a list of networks and do not identify my network when I manually typed its SSID. Your help will be appreciated.
Well, everything seems OK now. I had to uninstall the drivers and reinstall them again everywhere. Hope that no more problems.

You can try uninstaling your printer and then reinsert.

I HAVE A PRINTER THAT I CAN'T SCAN.
1. what operating system is installed on the computer?
2 are you able to print?
3. do you get an error message when you try to scan?
4. were there any changes (hardware or software) to the computer before the show?
5. you have any scanning software installed on the computer?
Download and install the scanning software and see if it helps.
Note: Look for a software called HP scan diagnostic utility

I just got the 3520 the other day and after installation (an incredible experience frustrating - why the hell is there no communication between the configuration of the computer and the configuration of the actual printer?) everything worked fine. I got to the top and running on my WiFi and it printed fine.
A day later, after being idle, I tried printing again and this time everything I had was that the printer cannot be found (from the printer queue dialog box). I turned the printer on and out, still nothing. Then, I checked all the settings (the convenience store has suggested that my printer could not be on the same network), however the printer and the computer are on the same network. What bothers me is that it works great and then all of a sudden, without any changes to the network settings, there no. I reinstalled the driver and everything was fine, even with the configuration of the printer, when it comes to the last step in configuring the printer is not found. After trying for an hour, I gave in and opted for the USB connection. However, its quite bitter because I have several computers, I would like to connect to the printer.

My Deskjet 4500 G510g-m will not scan to PDF. The Solution Center does not show a scanning pane. Printing HP and Scan Doctor indicates that an update is required for the Cener Solution, however, the update link goes to an update to the Pro 8500 and the update will not be installed for this printer. The software has been installed from download the latest driver from the Web site. Uninstalled several times, including from the file bat of the cd. Printer is connected by USB to a Windows 7-64 bit computer.

- Uninstall the software. Uninstalling the printer software.

Update (10/03/2015): the problem was caused by the original-black cartridge - which came with the printer. It has been cleaned and now everything works fine.

What's your plan for the connection? It is a USB printer only, no network connection. You can connect to a computer and then enable Microsoft File and print sharing on both computers. Or if your router has a USB port that supports printers CAN operate when connected there.
Those are your options.
My HP deskjet ink advantage 2020hc series recognize not either of the cartridge. Sometimes it don't see the black sometimes the color. I bought a new cartridge for black ink because I thought that that was the reason why the printer can't see the ink but it got worse. Before that, I have to go out and plug the power cord connected to the printer whenever I need to print. but now even if I do this it does not print.

I understand your 2020hc Deskjet Ink Advantage is no longer printing problems cartridge in the unit, and I wanted to tender hand to try to help. I have done research through troubleshooting guides and would you try the steps listed in the guides below. If the printer continues to give you an error of ink cartridge, the printer still does not print, contact HP directly to see about a replacement of the printer. I'll leave their contact details for you below.

I read on how you had removed the icon of the printer Deskjet Ink Advantage 4615 of devices and printers and since then have tried to reinstall the printer, which does not have the icon back to the printers and devices section, leaving you to not be able to select the 4615 as default printer.
Here are my suggestions, starting with:
1. run the print and scan the doctor. This diagnostic tool will check for all conflicts that may be causing the problem. The tool will show you a report at the end. If there is a problem that the tool could not fix, you will notice it in the results. Let me know what the results detected please. (Select difficulty printing when you run the PSDr)
2. run the HP printer install Windows Wizard to find and install the driver "Full Feature" printers and software and go through the installation to see if there are errors or if the installation fails at any point.
Check the devices and printers again to see if the printer icon appears. Also try to restart the PC to see if that helps.

On the main screen on the printer, press return, cancel, back, back button successively. You see Help menu, press the ok button, then use top / down arrow button to find the menu reset, reset complete semi selection and press the ok button.
It's troubleshooting last step which I recommend. If this does not solve your problem unfortunately you will need to replace the printer.

Recently I bought the HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 4515 e-all-in-one printer and installed this printer wireless, operating system is 64-bit Windows 8, but question current side in print documents.
When I give print for black & white command it printed perfectly, but when I give a command for printing, paper color as (color photos) it cancels the middle of printing automatically print job and produce the half printed paper.
Please help me solve this problem.

Try following these steps instead and check if this may help:
-Open the HP software clicking on the HP Deskjet 4510 icon in the desktop or the Start Menu, and then click the link to the Home Page of the printer (EWS).
-Click on the network tab.
-According to the model of your printer, click Network, click Network (IP) address or click IPv4 in the active network connection type.
-Manuel IP-click and then click on suggest a manual IP address. An IP address manually, the subnet mask and default gateway shows.
* Be sure to take note of the IP address and confirm the changes, and then close the EWS page.
-Click the HP Deskjet 4510 icon on the desktop or the Start Menu and click the utilities tab, and then click Update IP address.
-Type the IP address that is configured manually, click on save and confirm.
-Open the control panel and go to devices and printers.
-Right click the HP Deskjet 4510, then select printer properties.
-Open the Ports tab.
-Click on the button Add Port, select Standard TCP/IP and click New Port.
-Follow the procedure by typing the IP address that is configured manually and confirm the changes.
Now try printing and check if the problem solved.
Could someone let me know what can cause problems for printing white pages only.
Those original, changed, I have completely new cartridges for my printer.
When I print the diagnostic quality it prints all colors except black.
I checked everything suggested on the HP support page, but still does not.
Any solution to this problem?
