  Assuming that you have a valid SIM card in the phone, it is more often symptomatic of a phone that has been hacked or jailbroken to unlock.

  OK, I'm an asshole. Looks like hardware acceleration is not enabled by default on Linux yet. I would strees that it's a bit strange to put a box ticked in the preferences that claims it will activate the hardware if possible acceleration, but then don't even try so that she because she is disabled by default.

  I try to execute my vision executable program that uses IMAQdx vi, but whenever I try to run the program I get error saying "NOR-IMAQdx: licensed is not enabled" when I go to Manager licenses, all the product labview and vision of development run time module is green and active.
