Affter boot the system, I get message there are files in Windows XP. I wonder to eliminate them by inserting the original installation CD. This is clearly not a viable solution.

I use automatic updates and have the version of Service Pack 3 on my computer.  I think that this problem can also occur a few other unwanted symptoms.  First of all, web browsing is not as smooth as it should be.  Second, when Windows is running, or that IE is running, it appears the screen is only alive for a few seconds then he acts like he's been invited to another action.  I have to click the mouse to get the site current direct return.  This goes on and if playing solitaire, surfing the web, or by reading the home page.  I had technical support scan my PC for problems and clarify everything that has been identified, but the questions that I have just described have continued to occur.

It is always sensible in this situation to achieve a malware check

Start the computer in safe mode with network and download and install Malwarebytes (free version for individuals only), updated definitions and run in safe mode. Disable other security software while you do the analyses.
