After moving twice now, I can't find my CD and my incident reports are no longer valid to bring this issue to light. I call someone to help me because there still, I so high enough and frustrated as I honestly want to kill someone in this. I still all e-mails that have been sent between me and the team of technical support, more I'm of course a credit card statement that I bought it.   It's especially aggravating being I am a retired senior of 72 year and only use it occasionally for some volunteer work I do, I am very familiar with how it works and it does everything I need to do I have no need, or desire, to subscribe and pay $240 per year for some fancy programs complex, confused I would hardly use.  I not had problems with my InDesign CS5.5 never same software after upgrade my PC to Windows 10 until this annoying message popped up.

  HELP Please: the simplest solution would be to get a serial number I can enter which will be recognized by my InDesign CS5.5 software when it starts, because it does not recognize the serial number of PageMaker 6.5 that worked when I loaded it originally more than 4 years ago.  Unfortunately I can't find any source where I can buy an older version of InDesign CS5.0

  I have check the InDesign CS5.5 upgrade serial number, ending with 5489, and it is still valid and available additional activations.  Once you are caught by the process of unlocking you must face no difficulty activation InDesign.

• R050sa flow 11: Activation fails after a clean install on laptop pre-installed Windows 10

  I just bought a HP notebook 11 r050sa stream with Windows preinstalled Home 10, but could not start when it opened its doors to the top (circle kept spinning turn for hours).

  As I was intending to do a clean install anyway, to remove any HP bloatware, I decided to delete all partitions and perform a new installation from a USB key using the official Microsoft Media creation tool for Windows 10 Home https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows10.

  Installation went well but the activation failed indicating that I have "do not have a digital right.

  How is this possible, since the PC came with Windows preinstalled 10? How can I get my license back?

  There was a surprising new twist in this question, should I report it here in case someone else is in the same situation.

  When I received the activation failed I reported to my original request, I had done the installation using the edition entitled 'Windows 10 unilingual homepage' (see figure below), which seemed to me the only option if I wanted to install "Windows 10 home" which is preinstalled on my laptop.

  Yesterday I did a last attempt at creating USB installation after selecting 'Windows 10' (see figure below). Yet once, I removed all partitions on disk and performed a completely clean install on my HP notebook 11 r050sa flow.

  The result is that, in the end installation smoothly, I found my computer with installed "Windows 10 Home" and fully active, without the need to insert an activation key of windows, with all the drivers installed automatically by Windows and without any HP bloatware!

  I'm puzzled by the outcome, but happy...

After changing the cables, jumpers, the bios settings to show as the master I am using the Windows XP disk, I try to put in place. I get an error message that says: I need a full version disc windows genuine, not a disc to upgrade to. When I bought the computer it came with Windows ME preinstalled and there was no disk that came with the machine. When I went to XP apparently, I bought a version upgrade, not the full version. Is it possible to get a cd of microsoft, or download a file, which can help get this another hard drive mounting correctly?
