After cancellation of Windows 10, still getting notificiation at system level to Windows 10. ("your upgrade is ready, you must now restart to install... »)

Hi all

I have a problem with my system which concerns the upgrade of Windows 10 - I agreed to download, and then decided to not put at level I like Windows 7 as-is. Windows 10 then installed himself anyway after I didn't say thank you, and after giving it a try I rolled back to Windows 7 because of the 10 interfering with my internet protocols and prevent net access.

HOWEVER, now that I'm back on Windows 7 I always get Windows 10 update notice ("your upgrade is ready, you must now restart to install... "), and Windows update will only say it has downloaded 10 and I need to reboot... I uninstalled the update of KB3035583 according to online recommendations to stop this, but my Windows Update still says that it needs to restart the upgrade, despite the fact that the upgrade has already been installed, restored, then uninstalled and is basically not wanted. Windows Update issues are of no assistance (cannot find a problem and does not have a relevant help topic as far as I can find), and because he insists on an immediate reboot I can't seem to access the more updated list to find a solution. I actually tried to restart the computer, but this results in the same situation - 10 Windows is always uninstalled (thank God), but Windows 7 is still give me urgently install and restart notifications for what I can't get rid of.

I'm sure I can't be the only person having this problem, but I can't find any info online (all I found is on the way to restore, rather than how to deal with the consequences). At the moment it's like I'm working with Malware, which really is not what I expected from Windows normally and honestly, isn't hard enough.

In summary:

10 installed Windows, then restored to 7.

Windows 7 update still wants to install 10 Windows and locks in trying to restart.

Restart affect anything, as does cleaning registry or try to uninstall the previous updates.

As far as I know, it means that I don't get updates to Windows 7 in the meantime.

As it is, I'm really worried about the State in which the company Windows 10 has left my system and no matter what help he is serving my system and updating so that Windows 7 can return to normal again would be very greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your time.

So I spent all day on this because Adobe did not anywhere that I could find it. But I'm hoping some of you to save a lot of time wasted... you can't upgrade to the latest version of the application if you have not all updates to Windows 7.

If you're like me and do not want anything to do with the Windows updates... you may encounter the same problem. Summer/don't I am not at all interested in Windows 10 (who they are sneaking into regular updates) so I don't usually have enabled updates. If you don't... you cannot upgrade your program to the latest version. Creative cloud not even give the option.

I think it's the Microsoft Visual C++ or something like that who needs update to run the latest version of the software... If you do not have it on your system, you do not install the new updates properly, but be careful not to download sneaky windows 10 "update." Know how it's called blindly here before update you.

I hope that helps some of you save a whole day unnecessarily.

  • Windows must now restart because the print spooler service terminated unexpectedly

I have a PC running on Windows Vista professional that I had for about a year with two printers that have also been all this time, a HP LaserJet 1000 and an Epson SX105.

This morning, amid a series of PDFs (separate files) printing on LaserJet printers, I suddenly had the following pop-up message:

"Spooler SubSystem App stopped working and was closed".

On the Control Panel, I found that my two printers have apparently disappeared.  My first reaction was just close and restart the computer, often kind of seeds.

To restart, I tried to print again, but I was told that I had to install a printer.  Trying to install a printer, I learned that I could not because of a problem with the spooler.  I looked online to find a solution and one that suits (without touching the registry) seemed to be to check the operation of via Control Panel's print spooler, and then restart.  Oh dear.  What a mistake!  I did this and found that the printers have reappeared, but then about 30 seconds later, I got the following pop-up message:

"Windows must now restart because the print spooler service terminated unexpectedly.

Each time it restarts the message comes back after less than a minute and restarts on another 30 seconds later, so I have a chance to try a system restore (I installed the last service pack Vista a couple of days), or something else... it's just in a loop of perpetual reboot, I can't stop restarting Windows.

How the hell do I?  (I send this message using my Vista laptop and pray the same problem occur here, too, so I don't have to print anything).

    Hello

Use this method to clear the spooler and then uninstall and reinstall your printer (check with the manufacturer for)
    the latest driver).

Check the Mr Fixit here and if you use the other methods go back and try again later.

What can I do to solve this problem my laptop computer unecpectedly turns off after 4-5 minutes of operation, telling me: "Windows must now restart because DCOM Server Process Launcher Service ended unexpectedly.
What happens whenever I turn on the computer.
    Advice me please.

    Hello 77Kuty78,

Allows you to ensure that your system is indeed clean, see below:

Try to start your system in safe mode:

    1. Restart your computer if it is running.
    2. Press and hold the F8 key for 3 seconds after your computer powers initially on.
    3. Once you see the Advanced Boot Options menu (or beep) you can stop.
    4. Up/down arrow keys to highlight your selection.
    5. Select Mode safe mode with networking and press ENTER.
    6. You should see drivers loading, it may take a few moments.
    7. You should then be at the Welcome screen.
    8. Connect to your computer using an account with administrator privileges.
    9. Now, you download (free) MalwareBytes from here: http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html?tag=mncol install, Update then do a scan of your system in safe mode, to ensure that it is indeed clean! Once the scan done remove anything it finds. Simply restart your PC to see if your problem has been resolved!

Hope this helps you. Let us know anyway. Make it a great day!

my computer keeps stopping and restarting itself. I get the same messages of 2 error: host process for Windows Services stopped working and was closed and; Windows must now restart because the DCOM Server process Launcher service terminated unexpectely. It is a small company that has put the pieces together to make a computer and then install the operating system for you?

Or is the system an ACER, HP or a marked ASUS system sold by a company that is now out of business.

If the LATTER, you may be able to contact the OEM in question to get a recovery/restore backup media.

If the FORMER and you never had a DVD/product key with your paperwork, reception, etc. - you are probably out of luck.

  • I bought MS Windows 8 Pro upgrade from last year, but it was not installed until today. I get a message "installation failed." What should I do?

Currently I have Windows XP, but cannot install Windows 8 Pro upgrade.

If you have compatible hardware and your computer still stops responding, disable any unnecessary material. Remove (USB) universal serial bus devices. Remove or disable network cards, sound cards and cards of the series; and then restart the installation.

Have you tried to boot from the disk and make a custom installation?

Boot from the DVD Windows 8

    Click Install now

    Accept the license agreement

When the option is displayed to select a type of installation, click (Custom advanced)

Select the disk partition where you want to install Windows 8 click Next.

You will receive the following warning:

The partition you have selected may contain files from a previous Installation of Windows. If so, these files and folders will be moved to a folder named Windows.old. You will be able to access the information in Windows.old, but you will be able to use your previous version of Windows.

(At all costs, do NOT click on anything in Format, deletion or Partition name.) So even do a custom installation, your personal files are still kept. Click OK

The installation program will now begin installation. During installation, your computer will be restarted several times.

Once the installation is complete, you can complete the Out of Box experience as the choice of your laptop, create a username, password, your time zone. You can then proceed to download the latest updates for Windows and reinstall your applications and drivers.

You can then retrieve your personal files from the Windows.old folder and reinstall all of your applications and drivers.

  • After repeated close features, I still get the VISA error "the resource is valid, but the VISA cannot access to this.

I'm currently building an application on a device cDAQ, which involves the use of a scale. The scale uses the RS232 communication, but is connected to an RS-232 adapter / USB and plugged into one of the USB ports on the cDAQ (COM 10). I am contacting the scale using the basic functions of VISA: VISA Open > VISA Read > clear VISA > VISA family. I created an application using the scale that worked correctly, but now whenever I try to access the scale - whether through MAX, a VI or a version rebuilt in the same application - I get the error "the resource is valid, but VISA can not currently access."

The scale has three options for data transmission: "No. Data Output" "data output continues" and "Normal output when you press the Print button. I have it set to "data output continues, I don't know if this information is useful.

    The c-data acquisition is a NEITHER cDAQ-9138

I have tried several things to get rid of this error:

    -Restart the cDAQ

-Functions "Close VISA" running repeatedly on COM Port

-Completely unplugged and powered off the coast of the scale

-Connect the scale on a different COM Port

-Repeatedly in the course of execution 'unblock port' VISA functions on COM Port, as a colleague has suggested that perhaps the problem

    None of them have worked.

Does anyone have any suggestions of reliably, get rid of this error?

I have attached a vi showing how I try to read from the device. Any help would be appreciated.

A colleague of the Department of electrical engineering of the company has solved the problem. The scale has a material defect that will constantly try to communicate with a VISA session, even if the session is closed for a long time on the computer. Essentially, the VISA session on the scale does not, stop even if she ends up on the computer. He says it's a mistake he has not seen in 3-4 years.

How to fix the error is to unplug everything from the balance and leave it unplugged for at least 30 seconds to make sure that all of his equipment off completely. When you plug the scale, it will be sensitive to a new VISA session. I tried it and the balance works again through VISA.

I am sure that I have updated to version 8 hours ago because when I look under "About Firefox" under "Help" it says "8.0.1" under the logo, and further down, "Firefox is updated." I tried to restart the computer, but the message won't go away. Something goes wrong with the update, and if so, what should I do?

I assumed that you use always the default value of old Firefox home www.google.com/firefox/ which has not been used in more recent Firefox released for a few months now, and Google is no longer updating it. Either ignore the message or change your home page in tools-> Options-> general
