After downloading XP SP3 computer goes into endless loop of startup

Information system

HP Compaq Presario processor 3400 AMD Atholn 64

Windows XP Home Edition SP 2 Version 5.1 (32 bit)

After you download the SP3 of XP when the computer restarts, it goes into a restart without end. It will get so far in the reboot and it will start all this will last until it is put in safe mode or cut. I had to put it in safe mode and go back to a previous restore point to get the computer usable again. I read that the Intel chips are not the problem but I'm not sure of the correction.

Please see for a resolution on this subject - is your boot AMD computer after installing XP SP3?

    Hi BSRC$, in stock

    1. You have security software installed on the computer?
    2. You receive an error message when you restart the computer?

Reinstalling Windows XP to the factory setting would not be the first option.

It is possible that some third-party programs or the services installed on the computer interfere with the installation of service pack 3.

I suggest that you try to uninstall service pack 3 from the computer by using the recovery console and subsequently ask the article below for what to do before installing the service pack 3on the computer.

    Hello

If there is no interaction from the user to a certain amount of time, the computer goes into a sleep mode was
application runs in the background. This isn't a bug. You may need to change the settings for options of power as a result.

When my computer goes into sleep mode, sometimes refuses to wake up. It can go up to an hour and when I finally get it to turn back, I get the following blue screen message:

It can help to look at the files minidump against accidents with a debugger.

Can you zip the minidump in the C:\Windows\Minidump folder files and (provide link) available via Windows Live SkyDrive or similar site?

The following link has information about the use of Windows Live SkyDrive:

    http://social.technet.Microsoft.com/forums/en-us/w7itproui/thread/4fc10639-02dB-4665-993a-08d865088d65

If you have problems to compress the minidump files copy the minidump files to another location such as a folder on the desktop

In addition, you do not necessarily have compress the minidump files, you can download one at a time.

No doubt a failure to the hibernation or a nasty system crash - not sure and not willing to risk a stable system there.  :-)

Can someone tell me how to solve this problem, as if it was before?

Well, on the theory that your computer is awkward, try to change the settings to another thing and OK your way out the control panel.  Then go back and put them in the way they were and OK your way out.  Occasionally, it will reset the internal parameters and things can return to normal.

  • Windows 7 goes into a loop of repair and does not start

A very kind person (Frederik Long) tried to help me, but couldn't.

    Now here is my problem:

Everything done my Windows 7 to stop starting, here is what I get:

A blue screen coated in white data flashes quickly and Windows 7 goes into a loop of repair.

I tried all the lines in the form of repair, including orders bootrec.

    Nothing works.

I then invested in Easy Recovery Essentials and that no longer works.

So if some genius out there can help, I would be very grateful.

Thank you for your help.  Sorry, I tried to thank you before but could not get this page!

Ultimately I was easy to work recovery Essentials and it solved my problem, whatever it may be.

    Thank you very much.

    User newUserState = interEvtDataMap.get ("NEW_USER_STATE") (oracle.iam.identity.usermgmt.vo.User);
    User oldUserState = interEvtDataMap.get ("CURRENT_USER") (oracle.iam.identity.usermgmt.vo.User);

  • When the computer goes into hibernation, it uninstall the device drivers for my HP printer.

When you wake up you can't print anything until it reinstalls the drivers.  Sometimes, it is not automatic, that it will install the printer and drivers so I have to turn off the printer and turn it back on so it can recognize it.  It does not uninstall the printer and the driver when it is turned off and turned back on just at the moment where it goes into hibernation mode.

    Hi SFinOK,

The best way to solve this problem is to obtain the latest Windows Vista service pack. If there is a reason why you are unable to install the latest Windows Vista service pack, the best thing is to get the fix that is mentioned in Microsoft KB 929734article.

See the link below for more information:

  • Computer goes to a loop of reboot after Windows update

After a complete restoration of the PC, tried to install the update to windows, my computer goes to a restart and stuck loop installation of updates stage 3 of 3 so went ahead and made a factory again restore but the windows updates causing the problem, it is stuck in a reboot loop suggestions. Is it because of damaged hard drive files?

Perform a restart from a hard stop. Press the f8 key until you get to the screen asking questions on safe mode. Select repair. Then, you should find a system restore option. Select it. Spend until it gives you a choice of dates, then select a date before the update. This worked like a charm and does not lose any data. Turn off your automatic installation of updates option.

  • Lose my ethernet internet connection when the computer goes into mode 'sleep '.

    I have a desktop with Windows Vista.  I have my internet through a cable company.  I've never had problems of connectivity for 2 years and then out of no where he would pass the signal after mode 'sleep'.  I had the cable company come out and check on all equipment and it's good that now, I'm still clueless and confused.  The connection icon have an exclamation point in a yellow triangle and say "limited connectivity" and «identify...» "and then I click on Local area connection status and make a diagnostic test that will get me connected to"network 2 "until it goes into sleep mode and then the process repeats.  It's boring say the least.  When I login and go to the LAKE State he says;

    IPv4 connectivity: Internet

    IPv6 connectivity: limited

    Media state: enabled

    Duration:

    Speed: 100.0 Mbps

He said that the issue is resolved after each diagnostic test, but then it happens again.  I need some help pleaseeee!

    > I need some help pleaseeee!

But you're in the wrong group! It is a problem with your network driver
or your Windows installation. You have this repost to a suitable for Windows Vista
Forum. It is possible that a newer driver from the network has a problem with sleep
mode, you should try another pilot (older or newer).
From your description, there is a problem to renew the lease of your
DHCP server (which must be running on your router), it does not use the
IP address assigned earlier or he does not do / IP address (which
should be the same) we get the router. It is also possible that the
problem is with the router or a new firmware on this subject. You should study
These two avenues, including a replacement of the router and firmware.
Another very simple solution is to configure your PC for a static IP number and
leave it like that. In the forum, I mentioned, people will be able to talk to you
through this option if you don't know how to do this.

    Hello

Open windows control panel, open personalization, click on the link to screensaver at the bottom right and in the next window, set the time in the area of 'Wait' for once you want before the screen saver appears, and click on apply. Or if you never get the logon screen, remove the check mark next to of "on resume, display the login page»  Click on apply to save the changes.

Then open windows control panel again and click on Power Options, click Change plan settings next to your current power plan selected in the next window, set the time using the drop-down list next to "Turn wide Display" to a more acceptable level and then click on save changes.

Note:  Set in the Options menu of food to be slightly longer than the time set in the Menu of the screen saver or you will never see your screen saver start.

    Kind regards
