  After you have uninstalled all National Instruments software, you can check your registry for the "National Instruments" registry keys?  You must manually remove these keys before you try again to install LabVIEW 2009.

Are there any other reissue or script I can run or need to run to help this situation? OR is the cloning of a unix AIX 6.1 environment in an AIX 5.3 environment simply not compatible with oracle E-Business Suites?

  Have you tried to recreate a link to adpatch only and see if that helps (I understand you did for all executables AD)-also, please check the timestamp adpatch to check.

  • Please check if you have installed browser security extensions, please disable them. (For example: AD BLOCK, Advisor to Mcafee website, toolbar of internet security etc.)
  • Disable the firewall on your machine.
