  Download Process Explorer: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896653.aspx to see what is running as it happens (much better than the Manager of tasks).

  Download Process Monitor: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896645.aspx to see and follow what is currently running on a period of time (which is more difficult to analyse, but maybe the story).

  If those who do not help (but they certainly must), try a clean boot (Vista and W7) http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135. If the problem goes away then it's just a matter of tracking down the culprit at the origin of the problem. Follow the procedures described in the article. Once found, remove, delete, disable or uninstall. Once don't forget to reset your system back to the normal state, as described in the procedures. If the problem occurs in clean mode then just restore the system to normal and reboot - this solution will not work.   As far as I know that these drives support not all CD or DVD and it s nothing unusual that one or the other DVD may not be recognized correctly.

  Sometimes a firmware update could allow the reader to recognize more kind of CD and DVD, but on the other hand, no one can say that this update might help.

Looks like you entered in iCloud and erased all the content and settings on the iPhone, and once you go by assigning back up again, you do not see something that you expect to see, for example, a request for an Apple ID.   You view the image in one of your libraries? If so could you please open the menu under your avatar and choose the license history. From there, click on the image ID for your image and download it here. I recently posted a bug about what you described above.   Try using the import option in the Bookmark Manager (also known as the name of the library)

  1. In Firefox, select the bookmarks menu, then "organize bookmarks" open library
  2. In the library, select "Import and backup" then "Import HTML.
  3. You should get I hope that the ability to import from Internet Explorer.
