• I think that my system of basic windows files have been changed and currupted can someone please help!

  I get major errors that led me to think my windows files have been modified and currupted I just can't install microsoft updates they download, but I'm unable to install, I'm unable to use the Disk Defragmenter and disk scan as it said my system is already in use. I am also unable to use my acer factory restore settings because it loads but never finishes running can someone please help!
