  Thanks for the reply. I found a previous question with a similar problem as mine, there was a solution that I followed and was able to install SP1. I should have done this before my question!
  I also installed SP2. Resetting to the factory settings was a last resort due to a problem I was experiencing, but after installation of SP2 my original problem reappears. The problem is now in terminal phase and looks like a new pc.
  In any case, once again thanks for your help, I know where to go with future questions I have.

  RE: I have manged to solve such problem by importing files to dropbox and renaming to what messenger BBM had renamed them also. In doing so, BBM has detected files where there and allowed me to move forward through the history of cats.

  Probably either a (most likely) driver error or faulty memory. First run the internal memory diagnosis (just "type diagnosis memory" in the start/search to start line). If it passes, then we will have to analyze the dump file is created.

  If the error messages are compatible - even verbiage and error code, it is more likely to be a driver problem. If they are constantly changing, so the problem is more likely to be a faulty hardware. Start by memory, then maybe a hard drive diagnostic.   dw cs5 serial number is a version of upgrade (precedent).  After you have entered your serial number you can select the previous version (in a drop-down list), and then enter the serial number of the previous version.
