After the purchase of CS5, update online to CS6, I reimagee the hard drive. How to return to CS6?

After the purchase of CS5 converted (boxed), CS6 update online, I had to reimage my hard drive. How to return with CS6 5 without the physical copy?

you need not install cs5 in order to install your cs6 upgrade.

After starting the installation of the cs6, you will be asked your cs6 serial number.  the installation program recognizes who is a serial number update and search your system for your cs5.  failing to find that it will ask for your serial number cs5.  After the introduction, the installation will pronounce.

If you wanted to install cs5 and cs6, you can:

If you follow the 7 steps you can directly download a free trial here: http://prodesigntools.com/all-adobe-cs5-direct-download-links.html

and activate it with your serial number.

If you have a problem from the download, you follow the 7 steps, or your browser does not accept cookies.

the most common problem is caused by failing to meticulously follow the steps 1, 2, and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system, allowing you to download the correct version of the adobe.com site).

failure to obtain this cookie translates into an error page displayed after clicking on a link on prodesigntools.com or initiates the download of an incorrect (e.g., current) version.

    Two points:

Suggestions 1. see Bruce Hagen, but it is highly unlikely that you can get everything back. When you perform a system recovery, you lose everything that was on the disc.

    2. it is late to tell you this, but like you apparenly had no backup on external media, you're playing with fire. For the future, you can read this article I wrote: "how to return your computer regularly upward and reliable" to http://www.computorcompanion.com/LPMArticle.asp?ID=314

  • Windows Update does not work after the hard drive has been replaced

    Hello
I have the same problem, replaced in my Toshiba HD, rebuild from Sysimage, Windows Update does not work. A ran "fix the problem with the Microsoft Windows Update is not working.

The message that I got while trying to update: "Windows Update cannot currently check updates,

Stop and then restart the service, still no luck.

I ran Windows troubleshooting. He finds two problems with Windows Update components, it corrects.
    The problem still exists.

    Another interesting fact:
After the reconstruction the new disk, user account control does not recognize Windows programs.
for example: execution of Perfmon.exe, the Publisher is unknown! However, when I download the program Windows FixIt, Publisher is recognized as Microsoft Windows. It seems that user account control does not recognize the Windows programs that had found the new HD, but acknowledges those who is downloaded from the internet.
I guess there is a problem with the license, Windows was preinstalled on the Toshiba and replace the hard drive could have caused a few conflicts of licensing.

Go to control panel / system and Maintenance / administration tools

    Select Services

Stop the Background Intelligent Transfer Service

    Stop Windows Update

In 'My Computer' go to Windows / Software Distribution

Right-click "DataStore" folder. Rename it to Datastore.old

    Rename the folder 'Download' Download.old

Return to Services and restart the Background Intelligent Transfer Service and Windows Update.

Look for the updates. It will take some time because you deleted the database.

I see there is an upgrade option that comes up when I run the XP disk once it's been installed on my laptop. Thanks in advance for your help in my question. Your best option is to ask a backup copy or to borrow the corresponding edition, you have a license from a friend. Ensure that it is a upgrade disk or any retail version is authentic.

Enter the BIOS by pressing F10 at startup. If you have the option of Bios Setup to disable the native sata mode, XP will install without problem, no sata driver needed. It will be on the tab of the System Configuration.

If you do not have the setting in the Bios, it's the driver sata for your machine:

Hover over the path of the file in the metadata Panel.

Or look in the folders Panel.  You can configure the Panel folders as a hierarchy, as if it were on the hard drive, if that helps.

  • Reinstalling photoshop after the hard drive

My hard drive crashed last week and I am now about to reinstall Photoshop. When I try to run the installation a warning sign says "You must complete the previous configuration before installing" I realize that I saved my old Adobe intact on Dropbox folder. Can I delete an Adobe folder?

I know this is an old version and I'm starting to buy new programs. I erased all files Adobe into relevant folders (only appears in the control panel, and then I managed to install.) Thanks again
