  The answer depends on what type of element you want to pin.  The only type of element you mentioned being a folder, you can easily do what you're wondering now and does not need to wait for a later version.

  In the 8 Windows desktop, when you drag an executable file (or shortcut) on the taskbar, a message appears that says "PIN to the taskbar.

  If you drag a document file (or a shortcut), the message will say "pine [associated application]"-in other words, "[name of the default browser] pine" for a html, "Pin to Notepad" file to a txt file, etc..

  For a folder, File Explorer is the associated application.  Therefore, if you open a file Explorer window, look for the desired folder and drag it to the taskbar, the message that appears is "PIN to the file Explorer."  Just click on it, and it will appear in the jumplist FE, above the frequent places, in a separate section called "Pinned".  You can drag things and down from there to order at your leisure.

  (The Control Panel, even if it is displayed in FE as 'File system', only let you pin on the desktop, for not not FE jumplist.)  There may be other special cases like this; I don't know, but it works usually as I've described, including for other system folders.)

  Just to be clear, I am a new user of Windows 8, far from being an expert.  I only know how it works because I heard today by trial and error.  So there may be more to what I can't help with.

• After 24 hours my second episode of my Podcast still does not appear in the store even if it shows to subscribers. Should I be worried?

  I recently published my podcast and my podcast and first episode both published to the store without any problem.  However, I posted my second podcast to my RSS feed yesterday and although he shows to my subscribers, it has not yet posted to the store after 24 hours. I updated my feed with Itunes and validation to check for errors, and everything seems to go well on my end.  Should I be concerned about or will I be impatient?

  When you add a new episode to your stream and download it, it immediately appears for subscribers because their iTunes application reads the stream directly and the store is not involved.

  However, due to the multiplicity of the podcasts in the store (in thousands) the store caches the flow and it checks updates periodically. For this reason, there are usually 1-2 days for new episodes to appear in the store: sometimes it can be lower, and sometimes the whole process seems stuck and it may take several days.

  24 hours is a bit early to be worrying - it will be available for subscribers, it must appear in the store to another day or two. If it doesn't, go to Podcasts Connect, log in, choose your podcast and click 'Refresh Feed'. Give it time - the store can take a day or two to update. If that does not work, contact support and ask for a re-indexing: who can solve it. Go to https://itunespartner.apple.com/en/podcasts/overview and click on the link "Contact us" at the bottom of the page.

I have instaled CDA (context Directory Agent) and is integrated with AD and module CX and ASA and I have also set up rules on the ASA and module CX and works well. The problem I have is with users who does not appear on the ADC. When the user is on CDA is OK. But I should have more less 250 users on CDA and I only 171. I restart PC users doesn´t appear and after reboot, some users appear and others do not. Anyone know why this behavior?

  You can check a few things? Software version CX and your version of the ADC? Also do you have more than one domain controller in your environment? Also what version is DC?

  1. we have a table EMP where we maintain details about employees.

  2. we have an EMP_FILES table where we maintain one or more document (s) of support for each employee.

  3 page P1 displays the details of the PMCS with an IR showing the list of documents associated with this employee. This page also has a button called "New Document" when you click on it, takes users to P2 where they can upload a new document. The IR has an 'Edit link ' who also takes users to P2 where they can modify the file information (such as comments, date expiration etc.) or replace an already the document with a new document.

  4. we need to force users to download a document, when they save it in P2, then the easiest option was to highlight ' required ' 'Yes' as shown below:

  8. If I understand correctly, the file upload in the APEX is nothing other than an action of 'INSERT + UPDATE' in the same folder. For example when we upload the fresh file, it creates a record with EMPTY blob and immediately update the record with the contents of the blob. Thus, regardless of whether or not users select a file, it would raise an error as mark is right at the top of the trigger code.

  9 ok, well move this piece of code at the top to UPDATE section because we want to allow the insert 1 to cross. But the problem is... Download the second part of the APEX file, which is updated would happen only if there is a selected file. If there is no file selected, ONLY the INSERT is pretty good. Thus, within the section of UPDATED trigger validation would never run for a fresh download.

  If someone has encountered this? I can't imagine that we are the 1st :-). Happy to provide / discuss it further. Thank you in advance!

  Set the validation property default value is required on file upload on No.element.

  Create a validation of Non Null point about to file download pages and subordinate, for example the button CREATE is clicked and the PK null line item. This will ensure that the validation is done only when you insert a new file and check the updates that do not involve a file upload to be accepted without error.

  Yesterday I had problems connecting to my computer and when I finally got on my desktop items and favorites were missing. I did some work and saved a PDF file, but also an office document. Today, I have a lot on as usual and my old desktop items were there but not two points from yesterday. How can I find them? I have windows XP.

  It looks like a semi corrupted user profile.

  When first had problems to open a session, it's because Windows had problems reading your profile.  Finally, he gave up load your profile and created a * temporary * profile that you can use.  When he does this, your desktop, Favorites, and nothing inside your folder items 'My Documents' (among others) stayed with the profile failed.  Then, you worked and managed to create your pdf and Office that were then saved in your temporary profile document.  When you need to be disconnected, your temporary profile has been removed and with it the new file that you just created.  Later, I tried to log in again and this time he has managed to read your original profile, and you had to get back to where you were less files that have been deleted with your temporary profile.

  Corrupt profiles are usually accompanied or caused by a corrupted file system.  Your disc is marginal.  It can sometimes be read and sometimes not.  To resolve this issue until it's worse, follow the instructions in the following article to recover the corrupted profile.  Usually it will be to create a new user and then transfer your old profile (or as much as possible) to your profile again, clean.

  I've seen a lot of questions about spot, but I have yet to see of it. I have a file in illustrator with a spot inside. When I do sub to any new file InDesign color task appears as it should. But we have an old file that has probably been on worked great in the past, and in this file, it appears anywhere I looked in ink under the PES Preview Panel, the swatches Panel Manager, and nowhere this color appears. A that someone already had this problem? Are there other options, that I thought I could try? Is it just a corrupt InDesign file? All this is in fact the CS6.
