  b. do you receive error messages when you start Microsoft Office Outlook?

  If you have a problem only in the Office Update installation, then I suggest you to report your problem in the Office Discussion groups. If not, try download office update from the link below and install it in clean boot mode.

  To enter the mode of clean boot of your computer, follow these steps.
  1. click on start, type msconfig in the search box and press ENTER.
   
  If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click on continue.
   
  2. in the general tab, click Selective startup.
  3. under Selective startup, clear the check box load startup items.
  4. click on the Services tab, select the hide all Microsoft Services check box, and then click Disable all.
  5. click on OK.
  6. When you are prompted, click on restart.
  7. after starting the computer, install the update.

• My PS CS6 with camera raw 8.4 does not open files NAVE of Nikon D4s-

  I just upgraded to CS 5.1 to CS6.  The installation went well and everything seems to work as it should.  The Czech Republic was version 7.  I then installed all updates using the check for updates menu.  That went well also and the CR has been updated to version 8.4.0.199 as described in the topic of Plug ins.  He always opens my old nef (Nikon D700) files but it does not open the files of the D4s, suggesting that I'm updating camera raw.  Now, I also downloaded and installed the DNG Converter 8.4 last version.  Who will be show and convert older files from the D700 but not even show the D4s files in the same folder.  I uninstalled CS6 instructions uninstall and then deleted the folder (Plug ins?) since the common/Adobe location by following the instructions and reinstalled.  No improvement has resulted. It's on windows 7 64 bit system with all updates.

  I suggest that you take a picture and download it using the Lightroom import dialog box and see if that makes the difference. Nikon Transfer is one of the culprits.  And even if he has worked for years, something could change. It's worth a try.

  If the removal of the files in these folders solves the problem, quit Safari again and gradually put the files until you find the one at the origin of the problem:

  1. Open the Recycle Bin and select one of the files that you removed. Chose file > back up. The file back to its folder.
  2. Open Safari and see if the problem returns.
     • If the issue is returned, you have identified the add-on causing the problem. Do not use or contact its manufacturer for an updated version.
     • If the question does not return, quit Safari and put back another file.

• my CD does not open. The green light flashes but its does not

  I have a hp workstation xw4200. It had not been used since 2004. When we first turned the computer on the CD works perfectly. We even made a cd of music on it. But this computer needed some serious updates and since we have updated of pilots and other things, it did not work. The Green led comes on like its something but it does not open and it says that there is no cd inside.

  Here are a few ways to open the drawer with a CD/DVD with a stuck CD/DVD player,

  1. Open Workstation , and then search for your CD/DVD drive and right click and select eject.
  2. Get a paper clip and one end on open if you have something to dig with. Look on the front of your CD Player for a very small pin hole.

     
     Place the open end of the paperclip into the hole of a PIN and push gently but firmly keeping it perpendicular to the front of the player.

  I think you get some success on one of these methods. The last one is usually reserved for out a totally defective CD/DVD disc.
