  There may be a program to interfere with Parental controls so that we can try a few things to see if we can determine the application or program that is causing problems.

  First of all, we run System File Checker to see if you have a corrupt file system.

  • Select the Security tab and choose "Run as Administrator"
  • Click on command prompt
  • Type SFC/scannow.

A clean boot is designed to disable programs and services in the background as much as possible.   If you have not yet found the wrong entry, click the all tab, click the top row and then click on file > find and search for aluzonah.dll.  If you find an instance, uncheck the box and then manually move the selection on the following bottom line then press F3 to "search again".
